I called and asked if a letter could be prepared for me. I was pleasantly surprised when the office called me the next day to tell me they could mail me the letter, I could pick it up, or I could go to the patient portal to print it. I was going to be in the area so I stopped by and picked my letter up. Kudos for their fast response. I have been a patient at this business for years. I highly recommend this business. Dr. Billings and Dr. Holcomb have taken excellent care of me.

Every time you call, you have to leave a message. I could not get anyone to call me back. Our primary Dr called again. It took forever for the nurse to talk to a person. I was supposed to get a call by lunch. It did not happen. Some advice from a paying customer... pay someone to answer your phone and make appointments. The Dr we use is actually good, but the customer service and scheduling is awful! Dr. Billings, hire someone to schedule or fire whoever is supposed to be calling people back and doing scheduling. It's killing your business.

I've been seeing Terri regularly for 5 months now and she has helped improve my health…read moretremendously! After taking medication that completely destroyed my gut, I was desperate to find someone who could help me get back on track. Her home is clean, welcoming, and Terri genuinely cares for her clients. My appointments are not rushed, they are comfortable, and I always leave there feeling so much better than when I walked in. All of her special touches like setting out a blue covering for me because blue is my favorite color, letting me choose the cover for the heating pack based on how I'm feeling that day, offering a warm beverage if things aren't moving as well as they should, sending me home with electrolyte samples-- these are all things that don't go unnoticed and make the experience better. My gut and I are thankful we found Terri! :)

I came into this appointment expecting professionalism. What I experienced instead was one of the…read moremost uncomfortable and inappropriate encounters I've ever had with a service provider. Rather than focusing on the procedure, Miss Hart steered the conversation into my religious beliefs and political views--completely unsolicited and entirely out of place. I was questioned, judged, and ultimately told that she couldn't understand how someone could be both a Democrat and a Christian. This wasn't a passing comment--it was repeated and pressed upon me throughout the appointment, making it feel more like an interrogation than a service. To make matters worse, I received a follow-up text from her the next day that read: "Well, you said you weren't a Democrat so I don't see why you were offended by me saying that I can't understand how a Democrat can be a Christian. You're an independent so that doesn't put you in that category." She then accused me of lying and intentionally deceiving her because I didn't inform her I wouldn't be returning. That level of entitlement--expecting a client to justify why they won't return after such an inappropriate experience--is astonishing. Personal beliefs have no place in a professional setting unless the client brings them up, and even then, it should be handled with respect. What happened during and after this appointment crossed every boundary of professionalism and decency. If you're considering this provider, ask yourself whether you're comfortable having your beliefs questioned and judged while sitting in the chair. For me, this was a one-and-done experience--and not for the reasons I expected.

After being examined, it was determined that MIL needed an endoscopy to determine what's going on since oral medications from her GP weren't working. The office staff scheduled the endoscopy at Crestwood and we took my MIL in. Dr. Rice performed the endoscopy and found that MIL's esophagus had narrowed. He stretched it and she is able to swallow foods again. He was patient and explained everything he would do to her so that she understood. He is great with elders and we highly recommend him!!!

The staff does not care about patients, is overly rude, does not answer the phone, and does not return phone calls. It took almost six months to get an appointment which I had to schedule by going to the office because I was unable to get in touch with the staff by phone or email. All of my interactions with staff members were hostile. I was not told about the paperwork that had to filled out before the appointment and when I showed up for the appointment that I had to wait six months for, they said they could not see me. None of this was communicated to me and they did not care at all when I questioned them about their process and the reason for the policy. I left without being seen and will not be back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Initially, I was told the discoloration was normal bruising and was advised to use a bruise cream. I was also told it would likely resolve within a few weeks. However, the mark remains visible five months later. What has been most disappointing is not simply that a complication occurred, as I understand every cosmetic procedure carries risks. My concern is that there was no meaningful discussion beforehand about the possibility of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), and when the discoloration persisted, I was not provided with a clear treatment plan, timeline, refund, or other corrective action. I reached out multiple times, provided photographs, and expressed concern about the persistence of the pigmentation. While I received reassurance that the area was healing, I was not given specific recommendations beyond continued observation. The discoloration has improved somewhat but remains noticeable. Had I been fully informed that a visible mark could persist for five months or longer, I would have weighed my decision differently. I hope that by January (a year later) my scar will resolve. I additionally had paid for 6 colonics upfront but have been hesitant about returning. They have not reached out or followed up with me whatsoever. It's a loss and I feel insecure about this. I encourage prospective clients to ask detailed questions about the risks of pigmentation changes, expected recovery timelines, and what support is available if complications occur.
