I reached out multiple times, provided photographs, and expressed concern about the persistence of the pigmentation. While I received reassurance that the area was healing, I was not given specific recommendations beyond continued observation. The discoloration has improved somewhat but remains noticeable. Had I been fully informed that a visible mark could persist for five months or longer, I would have weighed my decision differently. I hope that by January (a year later) my scar will resolve. I additionally had paid for 6 colonics upfront but have been hesitant about returning. They have not reached out or followed up with me whatsoever. It's a loss and I feel insecure about this.
