I only had a certain amount to spend and the car needed to be driven back to MA. I was told the car would have a warranty. I was told multiple parts had been replaced. Engine, water pump and timing chain specifically. I questioned a couple things that were concerning and "fixed" them. He was also supposed to mail the plates directly to MA. Before we even got the new plates from Aaron, the car was in the shop for repair! I had to text him 3 different times to get an answer about the plates to make it worse. Now, the car has spent a total of 3 weeks in the shop and she has had to pay $6000 in repairs. FOR WORK HE SAID HE HAD ALREADY DONE! Our mechanic told us that he was amazed the car made it all the way! Absolutely, the most dishonest service I have ever had. GO ANYWHERE ELSE DO NOT BUT A SKATEBOARD FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

As with most reviews on here, Ryan is a liar and a crook. The false advertised mileage complaints…read moreare real. The ad was 100k miles off. When I test drove the vehicle, it had to be jumped to even start. He said it had a new battery which was true but unless you removed the negative cable everytime you drive it, The battery is completely drained overnight. This is Florida so not caused by cold weather. He said he would look at it at no cost. The A/C wasn't working which I was told would be fixed tomorrow. I was also told that would be at no cost. I left the truck there after paying for it. Tomorrow turned into a week. When I went to pick it up, it had to be jumped again as the battery was dead. We got it started and I turned on the A\C and still no a/c!! I actually had to go back to the mechanic area to report this to which he said they sent the wrong part. This same excuse would be used at least 4 more times over the next 6 months. Guess what, I still don't have a\c! Throughout this period of time the vehicle has been at the dealership 5 times and left to be fixed and after weeks, still not fixed. Major inconvenience to get someone to drop me off and take me back and each time. Always the same, I come, keys are in it for me to pick up and not even told it wasn't fixed. Now, this truck is sitting in my driveway with a serpentine belt shredded from a/c pump that is out. Haven't even put 1000 miles on it in 6 months because I was afraid to drive it because of this. Now he says that everyone gets a 50/50 warranty on parts and labor for as long as you own the vehicle. 2 weeks ago he said I can pay to have them fix it. This is after 6 months of lying and saying it would cost me nothing. I am on disability and have nothing left out of my check for anything. Ryan knows this. He also knows that I bought the truck because I needed a large passenger vehicle to take people to church and to the doctors. I have been unable to do either. He knows I'm a preacher yet had no problems lying to me. The day I picked up the vehicle was when hurricane Milton was hitting. I drove it a couple miles to the gas station and there it sat for the next week with no fuel pump. This was in the villages and they do not allow for broke down vehicles. I mention this out of fairness and full disclosure. He finally had it towed to the shop and they did put in a new fuel pump. When I picked it back up, (another week later), I went to put gas in a block away and gas poured all over the ground from a hose which wasn't attached on the top of the tank. They did fix that when I took it back in. Now he will refute this review so I will just dispel whatever batch of bull he is going to say out of his slick serpent tongue. I have all the texts on my phone with him saying free repair No, I did not buy from Carolyn's used cars I have all the texts with him telling me to bring it in to be fixed I have all the dates of drop off and pick ups to show how much time they had my truck to fix it and just never did. Look at his reviews, He seemed to be a better man 5 or 6 years ago as the reviews were good but none in recent years. All one star This review is long enough but there is much more I could say, lies I was told. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!

We were looking outside the Villages to buy a golf cart and it was highly recommended that we buy…read moreone here. There are multiple reasons. Number one being service and we listened to our neighbors and bought one. We had a great guy (Steve) who sold us our golf cart. He was helpful and provided all the info we needed. Is it expensive here.....yes but hopefully if you need help or service or you need someone to get your golf cart no matter where it is, buying from the Villages kicks in.

Hello Villagers, My…read morewife, our dog Buddy Holly, and I are visiting your lovely community and wanting to enjoy the amenities...and pretend to be a local...we needed to rent a golf cart. Our friends who live here highly recommended The Villages Golf Cars for their service, so we went to the Showroom and we were greeted with a friendly welcome and made to feel like our friends were right...but soon our smiles faded because their rental they pulled up was nothing like what we just passed in the showroom. Actually, it was the polar opposite of what they present the TVC to be. Think of it this way...you go the local "Villages"Compact Mercedes dealer with an amazing showroom and lineup of quality cars...and you think to yourself this place has it going give us a cool rental for $450 per week...and then...the salesman pull up a drab green, Yugo 2-door, with a charger that didn't include the plug to plug the cart's charger in. "Really?" Two things...I regularly rent an Audi Q-Series for $400 per week from National and when I commented to the TVC salesman that I was extremely underwhelmed what this "Quality dealer provided...he basically said "it is what it is." We're going to be moving here soon and the $15k-ish I'll be spending for a Golf Cart won't be going to the Villages Yugo dealer. Welcome to the court of Public Opinion "Villages Golf Carts" because these aren't CARS. Regardless of the TVC issues, The Villages is lovely and we look forward to joining you community. TXSOUNDMAN...more to follow
