We just bought a used cat from Key Scales. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from them. They…read morewould not let us use our credit union financing unless they add $1000.00 to the cost of the car. $1000.00 I consider that beyond ridiculous!! I also can't refinance the car for 6 months without a $75.00 penalty Also, 5 of their lenders ran separate credit checks on both of us. Another thing is they made us wait an hour and a half to tell us they wanted an extra $1000.00 to use our own credit union. Their dealer fees are also $895.00. I would proceed with extreme caution when dealing with them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is that our salesman Tanner was excellent and tried very hard to help us. We had appreciate the hard work Tanner did!

Minnesota in my 2019 Ford Escape after your dealership was completely unable to resolve the problem. My technician in Minnesota fixed the issue within approximately 20 minutes at no charge by updating my iPhone and performing a few simple technical setup steps so that Apple Maps would once again communicate properly through the vehicle speakers. Meanwhile, I was informed by Tom in your Key Scales Service Department that Apple and Ford had compatibility and update issues affecting older vehicles like my 2019 Escape, that the system could already be considered obsolete, and that some updates supposedly could not even be uploaded. What frustrated me most was being told by you that your Ford Sync Team would charge a $246 diagnostic fee, plus $200 per hour for additional updates and labor, with absolutely no guarantee that the problem could even be fixed. To then discover the issue was resolved elsewhere quickly, professionally, and at no charge was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. As a senior customer, this experience left me feeling that customers like myself can easily be subjected to excessive diagnostic charges and costly technology-related service recommendations that may not even be necessary. In my opinion, your Key Scales technicians and Ford Sync support personnel need substantially better training regarding Apple CarPlay, iPhone integration, software updates, and modern smartphone compatibility issues. I expected significantly better technical knowledge, customer support, and problem-solving ability from a Ford dealership service department. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, discouraged, and with very little confidence in the guidance I was given. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Corolla mid April 2025 from Stan's Premium Cars. Yes, I know it's an…read moreolder car, but I know Corolla's are known for longevity if taken care of and there were only 140,000 miles on it. I purchased the car knowing that I would need to get some work done on it. I was told on the test drive that the mechanic hadn't had time to do an in-depth inspection. That was okay and trusting that the simple things had been taken care of. After an inspection and $1,500 in repairs, I was told that oil was added but the filters had not been changed nothing else had been done prior. I was just at my mechanic's to get the tires balanced and they discovered a 10 inch long gap between the car frame and the floorboards caused by rust, right at the seam. There is no way I can prove that Stan's Premium did or didn't know about the hole, but it's very obvious and out in the open. I met Stan and he seemed like a trust worthy guy, which is one reason I gave him my business. If Stan allows cars to be sold in this condition with a very obvious flaw to the cars body integrity, I would take his pitch of taking care of his buyers with a grain of salt. I would caution car shoppers to either have the car inspected before purchase or seek out a more reputable dealership (if one even exists).

KBB has an option to get a cash offer from 3 local dealers and Honest Auto was one of my options. I went to another dealer first and they told me if I wasn't planning on trading it in, they wouldn't give me as much money. They even recommend going to Honest Autos. I appreciated their honesty. When I got to Honest Autos, I was promptly greeted and asked to wait until their Buyer Agent, Dale, was free (I didn't make an appointment). He was ready for me in about 10 minutes. Dale was super friendly and knowledgeable. He and and another employee (I assume a mechanic), took my car out for a test drive. He came back, reviewed their findings and also reviewed the Kelley Blue Book offer. I had a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed that altered the price by about $200 but I thought that was fair. I had done my research ahead of time and had a range in mind given the age and condition of my car. As a side note, this dealer is extremely accomodating. They had sent me an email and text once Kelley Blue Book notified them. They are also willing to drive you back home if you sell them your car, or they'll come to your home to do the transaction. My husband followed me, so I didn't need a ride, but that's a nice added service. I was literally out the door in under 30 minutes with a check in hand. I would totally sell a car to them again and I'd recommend them to others for the same service.

From the time we pulled up to the time we drove off in our new 2025, the experience was seamless and professional. Our salesman Jay was incredible ! But also the whole staff at Leesburg Dodge was amazing. No one was pushy or rude , they laughed with us and made us feel like family. I highly recommend this dealership, it's worth the drive !!!!!
