I would have given them 5 stars but the daytime staff were not helpful and acted annoyed when I'd get up and ask them for more paint which is what they told me to do. Half the time they sat at a table gossiping. The evening crew that came in was great. They immediately checked in with us and were super helpful and kind. Good customer service goes a long ways. Especially when you're dropping that much $$$.

We made a reservation ahead of time which was super easy by calling the studio a handful of days earlier. A reservation is optional. We were greeted by Andy who showed us the ropes regarding picking a ceramic piece, paint, & showed us to our table which was right up against the windows so we had some nice natural light. It was a relaxing atmosphere and I love how stress just melts away when you're painting. I decided on a llama succulent plant holder while my kiddo decided on the Eiffel Tower. The staff are great and friendly. You can also paint canvases if you want. They also host bday parties too! Tips: The staff will want you to do 3 coats of paint before you're done. If you don't finish your masterpiece during your visit - you can come back 1 more time to finish up. The price of the object includes the paint, firing the object, smocks, paint brushes and your time and table. Tipping is optional but appreciated.

The selection was vast and there's something for everyone, I'd say their main pieces average between $23-$30 and theres larger pieces over that and since the holidays are coming up, ornaments were available too. Love the color selection and examples, I wished I had more time to spend on my piece but that's because I came less than 1.5hr from closing. So I would recommend more time vs less, they don't rush you and if you don't finish before closing they did offer that we could come back and finish painting. They did have some problems with their card reader but easy enough to manually entering in the card number but something to keep in mind if you're used to just tap to pay! I'm excited to pick up my piece but it's a fun activity for a date night, hangout, or even just independent time! If you like painting, would recommend!

So they are held back from their potential there .. please go somewhere else . I had countless messages from people after I asked about people's experiences that had left due to the unprofessionalism . As a former gymnast myself and and was also a coach for kids gymnastics i know a good gym when i see how the kids are coached , if their form is corrected or not , which a lot of time they let bad form slide instead of correcting it for the younger ones and they don't make it fun . My daughter said the coaches were nicer at her other gym ! Do yourself a favor and don't put your money in this gym
