We were able to send her photos of our space and what we were thinking of, and she was immediately able to tell us what she thought and an approximate cost. We also rented letters from Alphalit, who the balloon shoppe works with, to complete our space. They were here right on time to setup and were a joy to be with and talk with. This shop had the best prices of the couple I was calling around to on a Saturday, needed it same day. The mid-size was WAY more helium than I needed but it was cheaper than buying two smaller sizes still (and worked out because we totally ended up using around 90 cubic ft, they helped estimate for me upon returning the tank). So anyway, good prices, they didn't charge me a deposit for the tank (most places do), they helped answer some of my questions and seemed genuinely interested in what I was doing and what GISH was. Upon return, different shop assistant, same experience! He was super helpful, and seemed interested in our silly weather balloon adventure. They even allowed me to return slightly after hours (I was running 10 mins late past 5, due to rush hour). So from start to finish I just found them incredibly kind, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. On top of competitive helium pricing. Yay!

They're open until nine and wouldn't fill balloons for the rest of the night. Wouldn't let me use the open helium tanks either. Just slow and lazy. Teenagers have it rough filling 1 balloon a minute. Really it's terrible management. You lost at least $100 in the line I was in alone. Other people left too. I can imagine cutting off balloons four hours before close on a weekend?!?
