The lady was nice and friendly. Kind atmosphere. I wanted some red I my hair and was looking for a nice tone. The one I liked was a dark wine color which I may do one day. I got nice highlights and lo lights where I got a copper tone which I did like. I went back bc I did want some red and I wanted it to be the way I wanted it. I told her to blend it with my blonde so it isn't just at the top. But she said I'd loose the blonde she just did. So I ended up just having red on the top if my head. I should have let it be and I could have fixed it later on. I got charged 40.00 for the red and for a clear color which she didnt say she'd charge for. I should have protested and not paid or just the 20.00 she said it was at the beginning. Spent 170 total after trying to get what i really wanted. To have it the way I wanted I flipped my hair from one side to cover the red to see my blonde. So, always fight for what you want and make sure the price won't change. My bridesmaids, mom and I hired the Color Crew to come style our hair for my wedding. Savannah made my hair look just how I wanted it! Madison did my makeup perfectly! I felt absolutely catered to. Savannah's crew that came and did my girls hairdos were awesome! Everyone was kind, patient, listened to what we wanted! I had fun with Savannah and Madison while I was getting glammed up. If I could give a lower rating I would. The staff are rude and never asked if they could help me or who I was there to see. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and snobby like the popular kids in high school. This salon is defiantly not a peaceful and relaxing environment. I cannot say how happy I am that my Lash Artist is no longer working there, and I now enjoy my services in a calm relaxing space. read more

Very satisfied with the service here! I came in for fantasy color removal. The technician knew exactly what to do and she managed to get EVERY SPECK of teal out of my fine curly hair without damaging it. They were also very safe and wore masks and gloves. Highly recommend. read more

This was my first visit and I will never go anywhere else again. Came for a hair color and cut. My stylist Shineka was above and beyond friendly. I even made a joke when I walked in about getting my hair done with a glass of wine and to my surprise, they serve wine! Even had a hand massage while the hair color was doing it's thing. I went to get a body perm what I got was over processed frizze hair, and way to curly. She than tried to trim my hair, that was not good either. I spent 95 dollars for over processed dry frizze hair. I will not go back. And I did find a salon that helped me at least deal with it for now, which they should have done. They should give me a refund!!!! read more

I had an appointment @ 200 and waited until 230 and then left as the stylist Victoria was still curling this lady's hair. She said the lady brought her baby and it slowed them down. That's fine I get it, but when she told me she just had to dry and her then 10 minutes later (ten minutes into MY appointment) she started curling this lady's hair?! That's ridiculous. I left at 230 and was called at 240 soooo she clearly wasn't done for a WHILE. I guess unless your an existing customer they don't care... read more

I found Salon Pazzo Bello on Yelp and decided to visit because of the stellar reviews and extremely reasonable prices for their services. I was thrilled when I called on a Saturday and Jenn was able to schedule me to get a haircut that day before they closed. I briefly explained that I wanted my hair trimmed by about 5 inches and thinned out for the summer, and Jenn somehow knew exactly how to do this while making me look great! I have thicker, coarse hair and she was able to do my cut and style in under 45 minutes. Normally, it takes people at least an hour for some reason. I am so happy with the end result...and there was a complimentary glass of wine. This place pretty much checked all of my boxes! I will definitely be going back for a cut and color in the future. read more

I've gone to this place three times now and I love all the workers. It cost me $30 for my hair to be shampooed, cut, and styled. They are very professional and do an amazing job. The first time I had my hair cut they even offered me a glass of wine and that was a huge perk. I haven't been offered it since but that's okay, still amazing services, that was just a cherry on top. I think it's a great price and all their products are amazing. They take their time and make sure you're happy. I would recommend them for sure! read more

What an awesome place! Stopped by to check it out before making an appointment and everyone was so friendly, from the gentleman behind the counter to the young ladies waiting on clients. Loved the atmosphere, beautiful interior. I had a haircut with Jennifer who did an incredible job. I described my frustrations with my previous cut and what I was looking for and she was on it! Understood what I said, reiterated what she was going to do, and made me feel like we were on the same page. She gave me great feedback on what to do with styling, so knowledgeable and fashionable herself. I wish I didn't have to move, she would be my permanent choice for my hair needs. read more

Salon Pazzo Bello is a great salon full of great people, but I am very unhappy due to my latest experience. I first heard of the salon in a tanning facility and decided to give them a try because a different salon had colored my hair, fixed it and it was still not correct. I saw Jourdan and her and Jen fixed my color and I left very pleased. A little while after that, I saw an opportunity to try out tape in extensions and decided to go for it. I saw Megan, who was getting certification for these extensions. Unfortunately, she canceled the color matching we were supposed to do and ordered them blindly, which turned out to be ok, and later canceled my original hair appointment to put in the extensions. I finally was able to have them put in. She worked great with my hair cut and styled it beautifully. A couple of days later, my head started feeling a little uncomfortable, but I thought maybe my hair needed to grow out and I needed to get used to them. I've never had extensions so I wasn't sure what they should feel like while they were put in or after. It continued for weeks and started getting worse so I contacted Megan and told her I was very uncomfortable and itchy and that I needed my extensions out. She told me she could not get me in until late the next week. I kept asking for different appointments as my schedule cleared up and nothing could work. I also asked if someone else could take them out and she said no because she's the only one that does that type of extensions. I was willing to wait to get these out even though it was all becoming super uncomfortable, but I wasn't even sure if she would keep my appointment since she had canceled on me twice. I decided to go to a different salon that could fit me in to have the extensions taken out where the lady said they were put in too tight. She also noticed that there were bumps and redness through out my scalp. It took 30-45 minutes to take out the extensions and I felt instant relief as each extension was taken out. I don't really believe no one else at Pazzo Bello could take out the extensions because it just takes an acetone based formula to break the tape bonds and they come right out. The fact that Megan couldn't even spare me 45 minutes to give me relief of extensions she put in that were too tight makes me feel like she doesn't care much about her clients. I also want to point out that when extensions are put in too tight. It can lead to open wounds and even permanent hair loss. She could have been liable if my scalp was any more damaged than bumps and redness. As far as I know, all the other people who volunteered for these extensions are happy, but I am not happy with the whole situation that could have been resolved in such a short period of time. I recommend this salon as a whole, but hopefully Megan realized you can't just blow off your clients and expect good business. *Edit: After telling Megan I had to have my extensions removed by someone else, she went on a long rant about how I should have told her (which I did) and that I could have been allergic to the adhesive or not washing properly and proceeded to delete me and block me on Facebook without even being able to reply or say anything. Even if either of those were the case, this required better attention than it received, but throwing a fit does not make things better for anyone. After this happened, I was done with the situation and called the store co-owner, Jen, who wanted to make things right. She ended up checking my hair and scalp to make sure there was no serious damage and she gave me product to help repair any damage done. I also confirmed that Megan lied about no one else in the salon being able to remove my extensions. Not only did she treat me poorly, but she also tried to discredit the salon. I understand things happen in the hair world, but treating your clients and potential clients poorly is absolutely unacceptable. read more
