I've gone to LV Nails a few times and it's great overall. The service is nice and your nails often come out nice. They last up to 2 weeks. The vibe is good, with nice music playing and the staff is always nice. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is sometimes the staff is a little rough with manicures and pedicures. Plus, the overall just is good, but not outstanding. I would recommend, though! read more

If you don't want to spend $$$ to refill or fix your nails go elsewhere ... I have gone here many times. they do a good job and are pleasant mostly. However, I have never had to pay close to 50.00 for an acrylic refill. I have paid 20-30.00 every time I go elsewhere. You spend 50-70.00 depending on what you want and need. You shouldn't have to spend 50.00 to get your nails redone or fixed. I will go elsewhere as I can't not spend that much to get my nails redone. read more

what a waste of time and money. never again at this place. I just took off my $36 manicure for my natural nails from an hour ago. polish looked uneven and not covering nail. I didn't have my glasses on when I left. the woman tech said she has been doing nails for 25 years and had never heard of filing natural nails in one direction, to strengthen nail. she did a terrible job taking off my original polish, shaping my nails, didn't clean under my nails, and I had to ask for a base coat. she embarrassed me and was rude. this place sucks and needs to get some new nail technicians and management. read more

Very expensive and poor quality. I paid $113 for a gel mani-pedi and while Lily is very friendly and polite, my toenails were mostly all painted outside the nail and the polish peeled/popped off from being on the skin and coming up from the edges within 10 hours of my service. Very disappointing. Ive also never been charged this much at any nail salon for just a mani-pedi. read more

The service is usually good and as fast as a busy salon can be, but the care for the work seems to have gone down with some of the employees, i often have crooked nails and nails that aren't ever the same shape or length, ill be looking into finding a different nail salon that works better with their customers! When you go in you're sat on a couch and then periodically looked at by any employee, focus on your clients you're already with not the ones waiting, less mishaps will happen. read more

I got a dip replacement here, by accident. I'm traveling and needed nails. For a dip replacement, they soak your fingers in acetone 3 times with no rinse or wash, the chairs are terribly uncomfortable and they want not use UV light to dry. It's always a gamble when you travel, but $51 for a dip with no rinse and no hand massage is far less value than what I do in the Denver area. read more

Worst experience ever. I have been all over the USA and this was worst experience ever. I wish you could see my nails. I walked in after a rough week at work. Just wanted to relax. Harley and Diana were nail techs. Diana was sloppy and lazy and did a HORRIFIC job on nails. Harley barely gave my toe nails the trim and shape they needed. They were so lazy and rushing and trying to get out of there. Terrible . I called the owner number but she was gone. Mary. I will call her tomorrow. I hope Mary can fix it. I wont return. I came in to a lot of talking. Girls were sitting in front of the shop, taking loudly, eating and looking at their phones.. I got a young girl i who spent most of her time talking to another young girl. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I checked out, the charge was the highest I've ever paid. The color I got was not the one I picked. I initially thought the color would work, but I absolutely hate it. I think the shòp should do them over for no charge. read more

I went in for a pedicure & gel manicure less than 2 weeks ago. My gel manicure lasted 2 days! I paid $46 & ended up with a cuticle cut & had cracked nails & chips so fast! I've been getting manicures elsewhere for a few months & never had this problem. As for the pedicure I had my big toes red & painful for days! I have given LV multiple chances (over 10) and they always disappoint me. The price for a basic pedicure is very expensive and you could get much better for cheaper else where. A few times when I've gone to LV I've been rushed out because other people needed to use the chair I was in which is disappointing. Not only this but they don't clean their materials properly and I have had two toe infections (nothing serious just painful). I went with my mom a few months ago and when they picked up the tool for dead skin removal a previous customers skin was still on it but with a quick tap they then used it on my mother which I find disgusting! Don't go here it's awful, spend your money elsewhere! read more

I've been having my nails done here for 4+ years and have had various nail techs during this time period. As with any service, some of the nail techs are exceptional and others have been mediocre plus. Until recently, I've never had a nail tech do such a poor job. Aesthetically, the nails look fine when I leave the salon but within 24 hrs or so the acrylic begins to chip. The last time I had my nails done by Cami, I had to return twice, once within 5 days and again soon after with a different nail. This is the FIRST and ONLY time I've had to return to the salon between fills due to the acrylic chipping during the 4+ years I've been going there. Consequently, I learned that they'll repair 1 at no charge but subsequent chipping is $6 to repair. Today, I went in for my usual acrylic fill. They weren't incredibly busy when I arrived and I was instructed where to sit. As I sat down the tech wasn't there. Soon Cami arrived to do my nails. She wouldn't have been my first choice, but I decided to give her a second chance. She asked me the usual question regarding color choice and I added that I wanted the nail length shorter. After she was over 50% completed with the addition of the acrylic, she asked why I didn't want a full set of tips as my own nails were old and the acrylic probably wouldn't stick and would chip again. Had she discussed this with me prior to putting the acrylic on, I may have considered that option but I felt like it was too little, too late at that point. Then to add insult to injury, she charged me an additional $10 for repairing the same nail again (3rd time) in 3 weeks. I've always felt like the nail techs were deserving of a tip, and I typically tip 20%. Today was the first time I've not left a tip. I feel she wasn't deserving at the time and I sit here approximately 6 hrs later with yet another nail that has begun to chip at the edge. I think it goes without saying that Cami will not get any more business from me. read more

I've only been here twice. Both times were disappointing. The first time I went with a friend and we had pedicures. The pedicure itself was lovely and the technician asked if I wanted this and that, not telling me it was an add-on to what I'd chosen off the menu. So went I went to pay, imagine my surprise when the cost was twice what I expected. My error and I figured i knew better for future. Second time I went I was with two others and we went for manicures. I just wanted a very basic, non gel, manicure. My daughter - who has never had a professional manicure - asked for the same and the technician gave her her a gel manicure without advising her was doing so. And guess what - he charged her full charge for the gel, even when I argued that she'd asked for a basic manicure. And during my entire manicure the staff was yelling at each other. You couldn't carry on a conversation with your neighbor because it was so loud! So much for some relaxing self-care time. I'm not going back. I'll find somewhere where they don't scream at each other nor charge you for things you don't ask for. read more

I totally loved Maia! She was so nice with massaging my legs. I have MS so sometimes it hurts but she understood.

Don't waste your time or money at this place. Went there with a friend while in town for a wedding. They were extremely busy. They were very uninterested in doing a good job. The lady that did my manicure cut my cuticle and never said a word!! Didn't offer me a Band-Aid or even asked if I was OK even when it was bleeding, Worst experience ever read more

Beware! Don't go here! I got a fungus there last year and lost my toenail. This year my friend got a black fungus of some sort. You can see where she has taken part of the nail off with more to go. This will takes months to get rid of. Don't take your children here either! read more

We went to LV after reading some of their reviews. The atmosphere was clean and updated. There was a bit of a language barrier though. There was a lot of talk between the workers and at times a bit noisy. Their chairs were uncomfortable for me and because of the language barrier this was never remedied for my comfort. My toe nails were cut at an angle which I had to fix myself. The tech was friendly and did a good massage but they were a bit pricey and very much trained to up sale. read more
