"Amazing mother's day out program & preschool". My daughter began her schooling here when she was…read more2 years old (3 years ago). Me and my husband were impressed from the moment we set foot in the door and were warmly welcomed by the school's director. She gave us a tour of the school, while in session, so we got to see which class our daughter would be in and how the structure of the day would be. For the first 2 years, she stayed home with me so this was going to be a great way to not only add structure but allow for some socialization with other children. She started at Mother's Day Out just 2 days/week (Tues & Thurs) from 9am - 1pm and was great. On the first day, she went in like a champ, no crying and no fighting me when getting out of the car. Her teachers were the sweetest (2 teachers for Mother's Day Out" and she absolutely loved them, too! The first year in school was a success! There was religious teaching and music class, too! Now, onto her 2nd year in school as a 3-year old. A new teacher, (just one this time), but now, in addition to religious teaching and music, PE was now part of the curriculum. Additionally, parents got to participate in classroom parties and her class got to take part in the Christmas and end-of-year program. This was a 3-day/week program and she enjoyed it very much because she had friends there from the previous year that she already made in addition to the new ones! The day was from 9am - 11:45am and the option to stay for lunch bunch until 1pm. Her 3rd and final year there was pre-school and art was also added to the curriculum. A new director was in place, who already knew the kids because she was teacher there... it was a smooth transition for everyone! She truly loved school and was going 5 days/week. Each day she looked forward to school and wanted to spend the day with her friends. Was this the beginning of the end for me of her no longer wanting to spend time with mommy? That was not the case at all! It was so great to see her so happy to attend school and listen to her tell me all about her day, when she got in the car! This school was top-notch! I would recommend this to any parent(s) looking for a Mother's Day Out Program and/or a Preschool Program. Ask for a tour... they would love to give it to you! Carpool - they take the kiddos out of car for you - to prevent separation anxiety. * Mother's Day Out * Preschool *

Horrible Daycare! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The director Grace is horrible and even the…read morestaff said I was right to take my baby out! I wish I could give ZERO stars!! My son was hit in the head with a hard object that left a bruise for MONTHS, definitely couldn't have been a approved daycare item! I was told that the person that hit my son was known for hitting and all the child's information was given to me on the incident report, which is not how things are done. After I pointed out these things, I was called in only to be told my son shouldn't come back. No Apology or anything! I was told, why would she stop changing a diaper to stop my child from being hit!? The worker never said she was changing a diaper and it was TWO teachers in the room.

My son started at this daycare as a 6 month old and it seemed pretty safe and quiet. Every few…read moremonths he would move up to an older classroom and every time he moved, I would get a little more concerned about this place. I finally removed him from the school and switched to a better school. He would run out and greet us when we walked through the door, followed by no one, and we are able to leave without anyone checking to see where he went. He rarely came home in the diapers that I sent with him. He rarely even had his face wiped since he moved up from Ms. Dottie's room. Ms. Debra, Ms. Stephanie, and Ms. Dottie would make sure he was changed and clean before we left the building. After he moved out of Ms. Dottie's class, this no longer seemed important. One of the teachers, Ms. Daphne told me my son looks like Freddy Krueger. No discipline was taken. I asked she not be around my son and she was in his classroom the next week. My son has sensitive skin and had his face broken out several times from them using baby wipes on his face to wipe instead of water and a paper towel. They kept using it after the doctor contacted them personally to quit using those. I had to leave work to bring him to the doctor several times because they were afraid he had hand-foot-and mouth when they just were blatantly ignoring the directions given by my pediatrician. I have gotten several statements saying that we owed an ungodly amount, just to go through my invoices and find that the director, Kathy, is unable to remember to post the payments on his account. I had to tell her to post a $310 payment 3 times and it only got posted the last time because I requested to stay on the phone until she officially posted it. I put in his two week notice and gave them his end date. I came in the last Monday ready to get the last week over with and was greeted with "I thought your last week was last week... there are no more diapers or wipes for your son" ... Either they failed to tell me he ran out or they gave his diapers away when I gave the two week notice. When I said this they proceeded to accuse me of lying about it so I took my son and walked out. My biggest regret so far in my son's life was not getting him out of there quicker.
