I had some custom wiring that made it hard for him to find the ODB2 port, so he tried to do it another manual way. I purchased a car anti theft device on Amazon, and it came with 2 keys that had a huge plastic thing and didn't fit in my 'wallet' keychain (where the keys stack on top of each other), so the plastic 'head' wouldn't allow for it. I emailed them, and in the subject even said "NOT EMERGENCY", and I received a super quick response, helping me, and asking for more details (pictures, serial # and other items to help me out)..
