I arrived 3 minutes after they did. They ran around our house changing locks for all of 15 minutes and then changed out 5 not 3 locks like we had originally discussed. They then charged us over 2000 which is basically robbery. What kind of business tries to fleece people like this. I'm extremely upset they had the gall to do this. Eventually they removed 600 of BS service charges and rekeying fees but even still at 1400 for 5 locks I feel like I have been grossly taken advantage of.
