This place has turned into the worst place to take your camper for repair. It used to be great. I brought mine in for simple everyday repairs and left with only half done. The half that they did finish is completely wrong changed the wrong parts out not what I asked for. The rest they shouldn't have done cause it so much worse off. Now none Of my power works and I'm having to take it to another shop to fix it. But first have to call a mobile repair get it working enough to haul. read more

Initial impression was that this was a great small town dealer that always did what was right. I paid a deposit on a RV trailer and could not proceed with the purchase. I never took ownership of the trailer. They never refunded the deposit or any part of it. The owner stated he would work out something equitable. I never heard back. This was not a small deposit it was in the thousands. BUYER BEWARE! Give them the smallest deposit possible. read more

The service advisor quoted me 150 to come out to my campground plus an an additional 250 toward work done which i thought was strange, but agreed, so a total of 400 was paid at the time of his visit. I had wind damage to my roof that I needed repaired quickly to avoid further damage due to rain. It took well over 2 weeks to get the estimate which was 27,000!! I was shocked to say the least. He listed/estimated every single thing on the roof. I responded with no thank you and requested my 250 back as I would not be having this done there and have never heard back from him. This was on July 7 and it is now September 6! I will be filing a BBB complaint. read more

They are the absolute best. I spent over a year looking at various RVs and they were as friendly and helpful the tenth time I stopped by as the first. The first time they were closed but Sean was there to make sure they had a part for someone who was coming in to pick it up the next day. He showed me around and spent probably an hour or more answering questions on his day off. When I finally decided to go for it and get my own camper I knew I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Denise came out and fixed our broken hot water heater bypass valve. First did a temporary fix and ordered the part. Came out today with the part and now we are up and running. Great job! Highly recommend if you need RV work done. read more

Big mistake buying from this dealership, partially my problem for buying on the web and having it delivered to AZ without inspecting before purchase. Unit was supposed to be "new" but was filthy inside and out, multiple issues like scuffed cabinet doors, LED light outside above door bad, smashed zipper on rear curtain, scratches in countertop, looks like someone wiped the black shiny microwave with a shop rag, totally scratched up, generator with over six hours on meter, emergency brake cable cut in half on the delivery trip. Shaun is friendly but all talk and no action in getting any issues resolved and it's been almost six months. I would never buy from either of their two dealerships again. Do yourself a favor and buy as local as you can, you will have issues that need to be addressed and when the dealer is in another state they know they can give you promises but actually do nothing. It is not worth saving a few dollars and have zero after the sale service. I have pictures from Shaun pre purchase where he just happened to leave out the damage and its obvious he took the pics the way he did just for that purpose, typical salesman. When searching about R-Pod camp trailers we were so lucky to find the HOLIDAY RV SOUTH , Forest River R-Pod dealer, in South Fork, CO (also found at :   rvstealsanddeals.com  ).  I was able to get much information from the website and then called them directly. We had never had a camp trailer before.  ALL,  I mean All, of the folks we spoke with were truly wonderful.  My first call was answered by the owner Jeremiah Web  late on a Friday and I think we talked for nearly an HOUR! J provided more information in that time than I had learned in weeks of looking online, calling other places, and visiting rv dealers in our home state of Arizona. There was never any high pressure sales talk of any kind.  Always clear, courteous, helpful,  professional information.   We spoke again after the weekend and decided on a Forest River R-Pod 178 Hood River Edition that has a huge list of included items. I needed a good hitch for our Tacoma tow vehicle and we wanted  a power hitch jack and solar panel for the trailer.   All pricing was emailed to us and was clear with no changes or surprises when we arrived to pick up the trailer.  As we looked at the trailer they said just look and listen. You dont need to try to write it down or video all of this.  They spent at least hour or two just showing us how everything on, around, inside and out works, how to use it, what to do and not do. Then they gave us a DVD that goes through the entire orientaion with all the details.  They also are easily available by phone or email whenever we have had questions.  Shaun, Denise, Jared, Bobbi and others have been very helpful. We cannot imagine how there could be any better place or price to find a trailer/RV than at Holiday RV South in South Fork, CO.   This review may sound as if we are relatives, employees or paid reviewers. WE ARE NOT. We drive hard bargains when we make important purchases, vehicles, homes, etc. We did not need to negotiate here because the bottom line price is clear, low and fair.  We made the trip there in an easy days drive, stayed over enjoying The Old FireHouse restaurant and drove home the next day with our new home on wheels. We were recommend here so drove a couple hours out of our way to look at rvs. We kept hearing someone will be right out to help you out just go browse around and they'll be out soon! Well after an hour no one came to help and we asked 3 times for help, a nice lady tech tried to help us the best she could but she kept saying she wasn't in sales. We appreciated her help anyways but when we did find one we liked they wouldn't budge on the price by even a dollar! The guy kept saying "nope that's not what we do here we don't budge on prices at all what you see is what you get." Even though we were told to make an offer because they want to clear their lot for new inventory coming, the guy we finally talked to wouldn't budge and we weren't low balling, we offered a few hundred less. The way they treated us by ignoring us for over an hour and not willing to help us find what we needed for our needs makes me mad we drove hours out of our way to come here. I would never recommend this business to anyone. read more
