Besides the long wait and the inconsistent rates, I'm afraid that the mechanics are dishonest and done harm to my car as I was told it had valve cover leaks and i had them replaced not long ago. There is no visible evidence that the car leaks oil. It hasn't before I brought it in. I voiced that it was unreasonable to charge me $21 more for the same as few months ago.
