I used the UPS service December 9, 2025 to send a xmas gift to a friend in WI who I have shipped to…read moreat the same address multiple times for a couple of decades. This year the box was returned to Staples with a sticker on saying the address was a vacant lot. I verified the address was correct a couple of times and it was. I was instructed to call UPS claims dept which I did. A day later I received a call from Asia, a representative. She informed me that they cannot refund the delivery charge to an undeliverable address. WHAT????? The address is correct and gets UPS deliveries a lot. UPS screws up and Staples keeps my money. WHAT A FARCE AND A RIP OFF. SHAME ON YOU STAPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
