Every therapist I've had has been knowledgeable and cooperative. They've all helped me attain strength and greater range of motion. Everyone also took great care of my dad, and he was able to stay out of a nursing home, thanks in part to the therapy he received at In Motion. I'm very grateful to all of them for the care we've received. There is one person though, that does not take very good care of customers. Her name is Donna and I believe she's responsible for scheduling and greeting patients. Several times I've seen her on her phone, while I was standing at the desk, waiting to check in. She's called me to schedule my appointments and she's just curt. She's rude and for some strange reason, it's like she's angry with me. That I know of, I've never done anything to her. I've worked in the customer service field for 30+ years. Her demeanor is, hands down, some of the worst I've ever encountered. I hope she'll find a way to communicate with customers that isn't so angry. I actually feel sorry for her. As I've said though, everyone else there is awesome. I won't let Donna's attitude dissuade me from finishing my therapy, or from saying great things about everyone else there.

She passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 90, and I want you to know that the compassion and dedication she received from your staff made all the difference in her final months and days. The team on the east wing--particularly the CNAs and nursing staff--cared for my mom as if she were their own family member. During her hospice time and throughout her stay, they were there for her when I couldn't be, providing not just medical care but genuine warmth and kindness. Hearing her tell them that they were her favorite people and that they took good care of her made my heart extremely happy. Those words meant everything to me. The activities staff were simply amazing, always including her in their projects and making sure she never missed bingo. In the beginning, the occupational therapy staff worked tirelessly to help her maintain her independence for as long as possible. Every department worked together seamlessly, creating an environment where my mom felt safe, valued, and loved. Kira and Patricia, your leadership sets the tone for everything that happens at Eagle Ridge. Through every challenge my mom endured, you ensured she was comfortable and happy. The admiration I have for you and your entire team will last a lifetime. I don't know how to fully put into words the thoughtfulness and lasting memories I will carry with me--watching your staff care for my mom with such dignity and kindness through all the trials of aging. SummitWest Care was there to help right away. They helped her get right back on her feet in her own home. Not only did they help her physically they also helped her emotionally. They were kind and there for her. They met all her needs and made things easier for her so she could move around. These people violated my HIPAA rights bad. They called their parent corporation and told them all…read moreabout me and the stuff they told them was private and it wasn't even as dramatic as they made it seem. Then they called all my other doctors and told them the same crap. The male physical therapist and cut my services after 5 appointments. He was supposed to help me learn to walk again well you can't do that in five appointments but he said I've given you the tools you need to do this on your own. Other therapists in town give you 10 visits and then review to see if they can re-up you. I'd ask for a female physical therapist cuz I'm not comfortable with me and touching my body and they said they couldn't give me one. I said I would wait. They said well we can have you see a male therapist now and then when she comes open switch you to her. I agreed. But when it came time that she was open they reneged

They showed respect timeliness and got me to reach my goals! Nursing staff treated me very good! I would rate them higher but the food was good but not great. Room cleanliness needed to be a little better. Overall I would give it a solid 4 star.
