I have been dealing with an injury the past 6 years and I have been to all sorts of specialists…read more While visiting from out of town monument was recommended to me for their dry needling and I am very happy that I decided to get an appointment here. Monument Physical is a place that truly cares and makes sure that they are able to help you. Josh went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of and if every other PT clinic was like this my recovery would be a lot faster.

Jack is GREAT 1) asking the right questions to get to the root of my back pain, learning about my other relevant medical history, checked out my pain and movement, demonstrated and had me do some core strengthening and hip/back stretching, and sent me home with diagrams/videos to remind me how to do the exercises. Because I"m moving soon, I was worried about making this worse. He took me into the gym and demonstrated how to protect my back when picking up or carrying things. He checked in on me later in the week. I improved each day. In a week I had to move but was careful and did not re-injure it. I will be back to see Jack regularly about my chronic hip issue. He is friendly, caring, calming, and highly knowledgeable. What a great addition to Monument PT.

I have been going to the pediatric office for 10 years with my children. I loved it for the first 5…read moreyears and only stayed for the other 5 because of the one doctor I loved. All the other doctors I saw were a joke and did not actually resolve any of my problems and you could tell I was just a paycheck they need to get in and out and on to the next. My doctor I loved left to start her own practice, due to her own issues with them, I left with her naturally. Now I am getting back billed bogus things that where never done and my insurance, of course, does not cover. I call and ask about them and get the run around and that they will "look into it and get back to me". They never do and in the mean time I get finance charges wracking up and when I call about them they seem to have no clue about previous phone calls trying to clear it up. So either they are just very unprofessional and are giving me the run around on purpose or they do not take notes on accounts to look back on later. Either way its not acceptable. Whatever you do stay away or you will end up regretting it! You can get much better service else where and they wont try and milk you for all you are worth on top of it.

Dear Eagle Ridge Team, I am writing to express my deepest…read moregratitude for the extraordinary care you provided to my mother, Charlotte Knob, during her time at Eagle Ridge. She passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 90, and I want you to know that the compassion and dedication she received from your staff made all the difference in her final months and days. The team on the east wing--particularly the CNAs and nursing staff--cared for my mom as if she were their own family member. During her hospice time and throughout her stay, they were there for her when I couldn't be, providing not just medical care but genuine warmth and kindness. Hearing her tell them that they were her favorite people and that they took good care of her made my heart extremely happy. Those words meant everything to me. The activities staff were simply amazing, always including her in their projects and making sure she never missed bingo. In the beginning, the occupational therapy staff worked tirelessly to help her maintain her independence for as long as possible. Every department worked together seamlessly, creating an environment where my mom felt safe, valued, and loved. Kira and Patricia, your leadership sets the tone for everything that happens at Eagle Ridge. Through every challenge my mom endured, you ensured she was comfortable and happy. The admiration I have for you and your entire team will last a lifetime. I don't know how to fully put into words the thoughtfulness and lasting memories I will carry with me--watching your staff care for my mom with such dignity and kindness through all the trials of aging. You work in a field that doesn't always give back what you put in, but please know that what you do matters profoundly. You changed my mother's life, and you gave me peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time. Eagle Ridge is an extraordinary facility, led by people who genuinely care and who are there to help those who need it most. Thank you for everything you did for my mom and for our family. With sincere gratitude, Her Daughter.
