Color suggestions and paint types aligned to my thoughts and came out stunning. I received multiple quotes and interviewed multiple companies. I was very at ease about the company from the start when Rich answered call, and Noelle and Chris managed the projects. Team doing the paint and the crown molding and trim were on point with leads that truly cared. We had a small area needing attention after wrap up, and they addressed it like the professionals they are, their name is their brand and it is true. They were able to get us on their schedule before we went on vacation, which we appreciated. Rich came over the morning the painting was to begin and we discussed everything that was to happen. Everything went so well with their crew that came in to paint. They were so friendly and flexible. They did an absolutely amazing job. We LOVE the transformation. Rich had stopped by again and I asked if they install cabinet pulls. He responded yes, and was able to also install the cabinet pulls before finishing the paint job. When we were completing our home, their team expertly repaired the shoddy, poor quality drywall installation by the home builder before painting. Different specialized teams were involved for drywall finishing, and for interior amd exterior painting. They took the time to correctly prep the areas to be painted and to clean up when they were finished. Donovan's managers and office staff are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We wouldn't use anyone else for painting and drywall needs.
