Maria come to visit the apartment in record time, asked me a few questions, made sure she understood the scope of the work and took all her notes. I got a quote the next day and when the team came to complete the repairs they were polite, quick, and obviously knew what they were doing. They exceeded my expectations and were very reasonably priced. Communication was on point, price was great, work was 100%. They walked us through all the options, gave estimates for everything, even took drone shots of our roof so we could see exactly what work they proposed and why. They installed a rubber roof on our low-slope kitchen addition and did a very nice job of it. The one hiccup was that a contractor forgot to clean up all the nails before leaving.
