I hired Chimene & Charlie Puska of Coastal Cottage Concierge in April 2019 to perform shrub trimming and related landscape maintenance at my home in Rosemary Beach, FL. After showing them the scope of the work to be done, I agreed to their request for a 50% premium in monthly service cost over my prior vendor in order to get a premium service. I paid each monthly invoice promptly through July of 2019 including paying an extra $30 for pine straw. My property manager advised me a week before my arrival on August 1, 2019 that the landscape work of Coastal Cottage Concierge had many deficiencies. I tried to contact Chimene and Charlie to remedy the deficiencies before my arrival. They informed me by email that they were leaving town and were suspending all services to me. I repeatedly tried to reach them by phone, text message, and email to no avail. Upon arrival at my home on August 1st, I found that while some of the shrubs had indeed been trimmed, the majority of the landscaping had not been touched. Weeds were growing throughout the pine straw that simply needed to be pulled. No fresh pine straw was applied despite the fact that I had paid for it. The rear courtyard was severely overgrown and in need of a hard trim. Finally, my irrigation system had two significant leaks which not only caused water geysers, but also prevented water from flowing to the plants that needed watering. This resulted in drought related stress to some of my plants and bushes. So not only did they not provide the premium service that we had agreed on, but they didn't provide the pine straw application that I paid for, and they left me in lurch, forcing me to find a replacement landscape service provider on short notice. I have tried repeatedly to reach them by phone, text message, and email. They owe me a refund and an apology. Stay away from these dishonest and disreputable people. They are not to be trusted. Consumer's Desired Resolution: Chimene and Charlie Puska, through their company Coastal Cottage Concierge, should refund the $30 that I paid for pine straw that was never installed and $200 for not providing the premium service that they had agreed to over the 4 months that I was paying them and then leaving me in a lurch.

The living room being had been patched with drywall mud after the ceiling sprung a leak from the upstairs shower. The perfect match on color saved us over $1200 since we did not have to repaint the entire 1st floor ceiling (ie: the entire Living Room ceiling, the Kitchen ceiling, the hallway and foyer ceilings). The upstairs bedroom looks fantastic! The walls and ceiling and ALL trim! They were very meticulous in covering anything near the project (carpets, widows, curtains etc) so that NO paint landed on those items. A job well done! And would recommend them to everyone! He left my guest bathroom a mess with unfinished painting and paint splatters everywhere as he decided to clean his brushes and paint pan in my new shower. I've had to hire someone to come in to remove all the paint splatters from the shower walls, window, floor and counter top. I've also paid them to fix all the areas he missed. I won't be asking him back to do anymore painting in my home.

Another company -- unprofessional, unreliable, deceptive, crooked -- left me hanging with excuses after getting my deposit, me traveling from New Orleans, and an agreed upon install well before hand (1/21 - 1/24). I had a tight deadline, considering my condo was booked for a month starting February 1st (Sunday). After getting tired of the excuses and BS, I called Angel on the 27th (Tues), he visited for measurements, told him material and he was able to get all materials, complete install the next day 28th (Wed). This allowed me enough to time to re-connect plumbing and management company to clean condo before the 1st. OMEGA bailed me out!!!! They did a great / professional job and made sure I was happy during install and afterwards. Wish I would have choose OMEGA to begin with. Money well spent!!!
