Stay Away! Went to order flooring and due to the flooring being a special order, they "highly…read morerecommended" I have their sales person measure my home - I agreed....they are the experts. Their measurements were 300 sf greater than mine, so that is what I ordered per their recommendation. Fast forward to completion of job....I had 500 sf (28% overage) extra. I asked them to take it back as MY measurements were correct, but I ordered against their measurements ("the experts"). They charged me a restocking a shipping fee to return 300 sf - cost me $430...and they wanted a thank you for letting me return it at all. HORRIBLE customer service, rude attitude, and they rip their clients off.
