I had Attorney Piereth assigned to my case, and I could have sworn that he was working for my ex…read morewife. I'm a professional salesperson and my income is heavily influenced by commissions. He "advocated" for my support payments in the temporary support order to be roughly 85% of my income, which tanked a bunch of micro loans I'd taken to help build my credit score back up. In my consultation I told them that my main concern was parenting time with my children, which they never addressed and wasn't resolved until the parenting agreement was signed. They missed a number of court dates due to miscommunication in their office, called me abusive when I was voicing my frustration at their inaction, one of their attorneys gave me professional advice to stop paying my ex anything until the court orders it which would have been financially devastating to me. Another issue is that they stopped invoicing me and then sent me one invoice for a large sum the same day they submitted a motion to withdraw from my case. The judge reprimanded them and it was so shameless that my ex's attorney actually took my side to judge against them. They did the exact same thing again with a new judge and it worked, and I'm going into court next week for them to get the court to order me to pay them, which they said they wouldn't do. These people are liars, wildly incompetent, and I'm guessing that unless you are extremely wealthy they will do nothing but provide you with invoices. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. DO NOT trust yourself or your children with these scumbags.

Not only did Russelburg interrupt me numerous times, but failed to ask crucial questions about a premarital property as well as a 401k of mine that was also earned premarital. His advice contradicted the 2 other attorneys that did provide me with effective counsel without retainer. His tone seemed very condescending as well as sexist. Would not recommend him for any FEMALE seeking opinion on a contemplated divorce, you won't get much... if allowed to even complete your sentences. Nor does he do post nuptial agreements... but he is ready to take your retainer for divorce... even if you are not certain that is in your best interests!

Doesnt give you the time of day. He will tell you what hes going to do when you go to court. But when you walk into court he doesnt do anything, you end up with a continuance or your case just dragging on forever with no result and not getting anywhere. Was recommended to him by someone else. Thought Id take a shot. Boy was I wrong. Dont waste your time or money.
