We had Nations scheduled to drywall in a loft above a garage, and their estimate, scheduling, and communication were all great from the start. When they showed up it turned out that there was some miscommunication on the scope of the job, but it was 100% my fault on that front. Nations crew on-site were very understanding and said they would go ahead and get started and we would figure it out if we need to adjust he final price. I also added in a piece of patchwork in the living room from some overheard lighting that was completed the week prior. Nations knocked out the framing and drywall as well as the ceiling patchwork and did all of it within the ordinal deadline. In addition to the ceiling patch, they went above and beyond and took it upon themselves to fill in a small patch above the mantle where the election mis-cut the hole for the recessed media box. They didn't even mention the mantle patch they did for me, which told me they really just did it because they care about the customer, because they absolutely did not need to do that for me. Without a doubt I will be hiring these guys for my future projects, because I know it will be fair priced, done in a timely manner, and they clearly care about the work they complete.

One year later, the siding is pulling away from the house and splitting. The work has failed. I have called, texted, left multiple voicemails, and sent Andrew photos of the damage -- always politely, never once raising my voice or making demands. Every message has been ignored. This is from a company whose website promises "satisfaction guaranteed." What disappoints me most isn't even the siding. It's this: a business owner who is warm and responsive when he wants your money, and then simply vanishes when something goes wrong. Andrew has the video of our original walkthrough. He knows what was agreed to. A simple phone call is all it would have taken to begin making this right. They say you never truly know a contractor until something goes wrong. Now I know. He is lashing out at me as he does with other negative reviews. He is also lying. I received no calls from either number that contacted me prior, he was not there at 11:10 when I pulled onto the street, he never texted back, and still has not actually contacted me. He seems to have consistent behavior as evidenced by previous reviews. It's a shame he feels as though calling me a liar is beneficial to his business. I've attached screenshots of the proof he did not call me or contact me in any way for his failure to appear today. There are 0 calls around 11. Even if he had appeared early for the appointment as he claims, he was not there 5 minutes before or even at the appointment time, which is still considered a failure to appear since there is a set time for a reason. Additionally if he called me, it wasn't from either company number and no voicemail was left. The better painting call was on Friday not today when the appointment was as Andrew is now claiming.

Got an invoice, my credit card was charged - all set (or so I thought.) We agreed the snow removal service would be by 1/6/2025. When he was a no-show, I called Devon on 1/7. He said he lost my phone number and said he'd do it on 1/8. Again there was a no show / no call. I called on 1/9 to cancel and asked for a refund. No callback and no refund showed up. I called again on 1/13 to ask for a refund again - no communication. I wound up having to shovel my mom's driveway myself - just 3 weeks after hip replacement surgery. Feels like this person just took my money and ran. My credit card is currently disputing this charge. I would not trust this company.
