My cat had just been diagnosed with…read morecancer and our vet thought it would be faster to get a prescription filled for Chlorambucil (chemotherapy) at a pharmacy as he wanted Mondy to start treatment right away. After searching many pharmacy locations in the lower mainland for Chlorambucil without any luck for Mondy this pharmacy came through. This Pharmasave location specializes in Veterinary Medicine and carries medications and supplements to help keep our pets healthy and happy. I met with pharmacist, Fred Cheng and he was great. He went above and beyond to provide me with all of the information and advice that I needed with regards to Chlorambucil, treatment for possible symptoms while going through chemotherapy and post treatment. He provided me with his sister, Christine Cheng's business card who is also a pharmacist at this location and told me that if I have any questions to either contact him or his sister via phone, email or social media. I walked out of there so thankful for meeting someone who was so kind and helpful during such a difficult time for me. If ever there is a time in the future that I need veterinary medicine for one of my pets I will definitely make the trip out to Cloverdale just for the expertise and knowledge of the pharmacist team at this location.

After having my hair absolutely cut right off like a bowl was placed on my head, she could tell I wasn't very happy. So she said to me "honestly I'm not very good with shorter hair, so if you want to come back here, I would suggest someone else". Seriously!!! I specifically asked for someone and that is the response I get after she butchers my hair. Now I have lost 170.00 (which is absolutely insane for a half a head of foils and cut) and I have to live with this hair cut for the holidays. Awesome! I tried to send an email the next day after I stopped bawling my eyes out and of course, no response! Horrible!!! Would not recommend, unless your just going there for a style.
