Bailee helped me last minute after I attempted a Home haircut. Honestly I didn't even want to go my husband made the appointment for me. I could not be more happy with my haircut I really appreciate it. I didn't schedule an appointment for a color yet but I was tempted to do it at home so I think I will give her a call and schedule that as well before I mess it up, thank you Bailee for being so awesome. So heres the thing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because a friend recommended this place. But you couldn't pay me to go back there. I showed a picture of what i wanted and i was told i could get that exactly. Sat for 4 hours the first day only to achieve the complete opposite of what i showed and asked for (mind you im 9 months pregnant). After not achieving the goal i payed anyways because im not a butthole. 250 in total including a tip. Got home and realized the color was not only horrible, but there was a band around my head because nothing was blended. I asked if i could come back and she said yes i could. Went back and spent another 3 hours sitting there with bleach in my hair only so for her to completely fail again at lightening my hair. She toned it with a toner that was so dark it took what she already did previously and made it darker. Making me further away from my goal now. When i asked if she could please just fix it she said there wasn't anything she could do because she tried her hardest. She also said that i could have my money back, but i still told her no and that all i wanted was for her to fix it or find someone that could do so. When she said this is as good as its gonna get i went ahead and took my money back, including yhe tip i gave her because she chose to not help the situation at all in any way. She was kinda snobby at the end because i asked her to just fix her mistakes. Ended up going to a different salon that in so many words basically said that i needed to wait a while to do anything to my hair because of how damaged it is now due to the lady that screwed it all up. So thats great. At least i got my money back. I dont recommend it. read more

She was patient with my description of what I wanted, listened carefully, made suggestions, and my hair ended up looking gorgeous. I think as far as getting your nails done goes..... this is not my favorite. It could have been that it took 3 hours to do my friend and mines acrylic nails and i was growing slightly impatient but either way it was way to long because I have gotten nails done before and its about 45 minutes to an hour so for us to be their that long was a little bit over the top. The lady however who did our nails was really nice as she stayed after hours to do our nails so points go to her for that. The Salon part was absolutely beautiful and although i have never gotten my hair done their it is every clean and looks very professional. simple nails were about $40 each and about $50 for tip, so for your judgement you are more then welcome to check it out. read more

Very nice, clean place. I am always leery of trying a different salon. The results seem so permanent. (Pardon the pun). This salon had a banner recently that said "Under New Management" so my hope was that everyone would try hard to please the clients. They did! Brittany was excellent! Took a lot of time with me and paid attention to the picture of a hairdo that I brought. She was very pleasant and I had a fun visit and great service. Very happy with the results! read more

I went into this salon to get a cut on my hair, I wanted it cut a little shorter in the back and dramatic A-line in the front I left with a pixie... I am so mad that I don't think I will leave the house for 6 months until it grows back. I told her I was very picky on my hair and that I wanted it short in the back and longer in the front. and she said so a dramatic A_line and I said yes .I even showed her a pic of my hair cut that I have had for many years that I had done while living in CA. when she started cutting the side I told her wow that's to short she said oh this is just the bottom all the longer hair will fall down, well it didn't she cut it that short all the way around... I totally hate it it looks stuiped.. I am a 66 year old women trying to pull off a 10 yr old pixie. I will never recommend any one to go to this salon.
