I asked clean cut decorators from Littleport for a quote to do some decorating the first meeting went well. I then received the quotation which we accepted. We met again to go over colours and wallpaper styles etc. I started to ask him certain questions on how he would do certain things which I am perfectly entitled to do. Unfortunately he didn't like this because he got very defensive then became aggressive & abusive towards me and started to swear. He apologised for his behaviour and I accepted it and as far as I was concerned the matter was closed. Unfortunately the agreed start date has come and gone without any contact from him. The stress this is now put our family under is immense. Anybody who gives a quote to a client with an agreed start date should honour it and if they do not intend to undertake the job the client should be told. Obviously I would never want anybody to go through what we have gone through so I would never ever recommend this company to anybody. If I could give minus stars I would.

What we originally assumed to be a minor issue, whereby turning the oven on tripped the whole electrics, it turned out to be a more serious issue with outdated and 'illegal' electrical systems. We were recommended to contact Lee who went above and beyond to deal with the problem which was bordering on an emergency! He explained in detail what the issues were and how they could be resolved before carrying out the works. The works themselves were carried out in less than 2 days with minimal interruption and subsequently issued us with our electrical installation certificates. I would definitely use Lee for any future works and would not hesitate in personally recommending him to friends and family.
