I have never had an issue here. I get what I want and go. Everyone is very professional.

This place is THE WORST dispensary, in the business. Their website only works part time. I've been trying to get in for a week, nothing. I've called and told them and they do NOTHING to fix the problem. I've tried different browsers and going in through other sites and nothing. Drove 40 minutes only to be told they were out of what I ordered. I recieved an email 3 hours before leaving the house telling me my order was ready so foolishly I assumed my order was ready. When I what would be the best way to find out if an order I placed is in stock before making the drive the woman just stared blankly and shrugged. read more

Service used to be great and fast now it's mainly online only. This election is often on every once in a while you'll get a good deal. Most of the time you're paying about 10% off normal retail price. It's a weed store. It smells like weed. They don't sell recreational yet. Don't know if they will. read more

I had been having major issues at the About Wellness dispensary for a while (long wait times for pick up orders, no one answering phones, spending over an hour waiting just to pick up and order I submitted by phone. I've used Columbia Care at least 10 times now and I've never had any issues. They answer the phone, they always have deals or discounts, I've never spent longer than 15 minutes there, and best of all you can place an order online. In the location I'm living at the moment, this will be my go to dispensary from now on. read more

LONGEST WAIT in this dispensary. They are so slow and you will wait in the room for 45 minutes. I ordered $400 worth of stuff just to leave without anything because of such a long wait. Do not give them your business, they do not value it. read more

ASHLEY who works here and answers the phone is the main reason I will NEVER be returning here an telling everyone I know to never give their buisness to Columbia care... she is VERY rude and unhelpful I WILL be contacting the Better Business Bureau every day until something is done.... I called simply to ask about product as the online menu is almost never updated... she was VERY rude and needs to find a different job, customer service is of her leave priority. New guard thinks hes a cop and harasses customers. Last straw! They wont honor their own sale prices after you have ordered online. They will tell you its an error so pay full price. After 4 times this is no fluke. Go anywhere else but here. Spare yourself the headaches! I live close but they are the worst!!! read more

first time here.. security is harassing people before they even walk in the door, the waiting area is like you're in school detention, if you pay with a card you will pay there monthly subscription for there card readers about 7$ more that you never signed for will come out as a non atm fee, slow wait to get to the back, bad management. pricey compared to a mile away for better deals! product is good but so is everywhere else. won't be back read more

I placed an order for a specific item listed for a specific price. I drive almost an hour to get to the store just to be told that they "made a mistake" and would gladly give me the same item for 10x the listed price. I've been to this location 3 times now and have had some kind of issue every time. I wish ther was a option to put negative stars. read more

Friendly staff, great sales when you are able to place an online order. If you are able to get in the door to place a walk in order you may wait awhile. I've been several times and they won't even accept walk ins. read more

Super aggressive security dude at the door, there's your first problem. Misleading information online, they will be differing information on iHeart Jane or Columbia care at any given moment. Nowhere on the website, does it stay Saturdays are for walk ins only, the only way to find that out if you show up on Saturday and get bullied out the door by a glorified security guard. Often times there are strains on their website that has no THC content. There is a huge problem when your "professional" security triggers a veterans PTSD with his POLICE attitude of "us vs them". As a disabled veteran, I feel like they are doing everyone and especially veterans a huge disservice. It should not even be an operation, that is how incompetent they are. "Stacking" veterans discount of 20%, below the norm of 30%, the thing is half the time "stacking" doesn't apply so what's the point!!!??!?! Cash grab, zero concern for actual patients. The security guard spends more time on his phone and watering the moss hanging on the wall then therapy like he needs to be doing. I tried to place an online order with them on their website and it said online ordering was unavailable, so I called them to ask and they rudely said they were booked for the day and a walk-in would be a 2 hour wait, even though on google it indicated they were less busy than usual. So I drove to the facility to be told it would be an hour wait and was handed a buzzer like you get in a restaurant. Went back in after a half hour to wait inside only to be chased back out by the security guard that takes his job WAY to seriously, all the while other people are coming in and out. The buzzer finally went off an hour later and when I went in I was told that they have had my order ready for 30 minutes, and were supposedly buzzing me 5 minutes after they chased me out, said the buzzers have bad reception even though I was maybe 50 feet from the door. Once they handed me my order I noticed it was the wrong quantity and corrected them, they acted I was wrong, even though they're the ones who misread it. Would not recommend this shop due to the rude, unprofessional staff, and super long wait. Overall I felt like I had gone to McDonald's by the quality of service I experienced. read more
