I check in and wait....and wait...and wait. An hour later I'm called in the back asked a few questions and send back out to wait...and wait...and wait... an hour later I'm called back given a gown and told to change in the bathroom. I do so and shown to be A bed where i -you guessed it--wait and wait and wait. Finally after 3 hrs I get dressed and as I'm leaving the nurse and doctor come out to ask why am I leaving!? Are they FUCKING KIDDING ME!? A three hr wait for 20 minute procedure? Meanwhile the nurses receptionist and whoever else is back there is just having a good old time-laugh galore! It was a horrible experience overall. I'd rather go to a private clinic. This place is terrible. It's run terrible, looks terrible and the people are inept and clueless. If I had stage 4 colon cancer I wouldn't go back there. Fuck 'em.

They do not follow up. I even got a call one time yelling at me because I requested a referral for PT when I fell and sprained my ankle and wrist. Dr. Ningthoujam tries her best but she's totally overwhelmed with the number of patients and frequently never emailed me back after multiple times of trying to contact her. Stay far far away from this place. My kids even had their pediatrician here and Dr. Igel was great but was never there so I ended up at Urgent Care most of the time. It's not run well and has such disgruntled workers it's a place not to go.

The room is small, filthy and badly needs painting. My dad has a room mate who had the television on so loud I could barely hear my dad speaking but I heard enough to gather that there was a fist fight involving others who came into the room the previous night. Needless to say he doesn't get much sleep there. There is a toilet in the bathroom but no sink. This facility is a hellhole and not a place where people can heal. We are desperately looking for another place where he can get the care and rest he so sorely needs.

I asked her to please help me move my aunt's legs since she was uncomfortable but she stated that she had no time for me. When I can't go in person, I call and when Glenda picks up, it is almost always with an attitude and a nasty tone. She claims she has 14 other patients she needs to take care of and for that reason, she has no time to check up on my aunt. She's always making up excuses as to why she can't go check in on a patient for two minutes. Not to mention, when it's lunch time, all of the nurses leave and not one or two is left to tend to the residents needs, so if someone needs help, they should just know that no one is going to help them because no one is there. It's sickening and unbelievable that residents have to be waiting for long periods of time when they need assistance. It's obvious that the place is understaffed but nothing is being done to change that. The overnight staff are terrible too. When someone calls them they come to them with a very nasty attitude and take forever to get to a resident; they don't care about the people they're supposed to be taking care of. I was told about two male NP's hitting the patients for no reason and they are very rough with them. I also noticed that my aunt's medication is never given to her on time, even the person next to her told me that most of the time they are in severe pain and the nurses just ignore and neglect them. The staff don't change their clothes daily, maybe 2 or 3 days later; they are very unhygienic. The supervisor and staff are highly unprofessional. This place is seriously the worst. It seems like they tend to forget that if it wasn't for all of the people at the rehab center, they wouldn't have this job in the first place. Please if you do care for your family DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE !!!!

Waited a bit, only because there might've been just a few doctors that night. Dr Laura was exceptional! Very kind & gentle with my situation. Listened! & answered all my questions & concerns, didn't rush me at all. She wrapped my foot up with such care! I really appreciate her & what she was able to do! They provide a wheelchair to help you into the room to see the dr & X-ray room. The gentleman who took me around was so kind! Despite my injury I really was very glad i came into this urgent care to help give me answers on what I should do next!
