My friend who I was shopping with asked the girl at the counter about trying some things on also and she said "we are closing at 6:00 P. M." I've never heard of such a business practice. Typically at closing time the doors are locked and if customers are still in the store (even if they want to try on a few pieces of clothing) they allow them to proceed and then check them out. I just put my stuff down and walked out. Rude!

The Saratoga location employees are friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for, even when it is busy, like at SAS time. I hope they get BOPIS soon; that would be wonderful. It makes me sad that malls aren't doing well. Pandemic pushed them over the edge. I personally really enjoy malls; as a Gen Xer, we used to hang out at the mall and shop when I was young. Something I always looked forward to. Now so many of my favorite stores have gotten ride of physical locations and it makes me so sad. I especially miss NY & Company stores.
