Michael amd Steve were beyond experienced with gently moving the sofa and protecting the fabric to get up to the 5th floor. I have 3 small children climbing and asking questions- Steve Amd Michael handled the kids with grace and joked with them. We couldn't have asked for a better delivery with care. They delivered it on time and set it up exactly where we wanted it. Their warehouse is large and there are many items to look at.
