My vehicle wasn't that dirty and they didn't bother cleaning the things I took it in for . Seats were not wiped off(leather interior) The drink holders were not wiped out, Back window was not wiped from inside, debris was under and below my windshield wipers. I have been there before in the past with a very dirty vehicle that came out looking new. I will not be going back, waste of time and money. read more

Only car in the bay, specifically asked for a package to clean the inside of the car. Told yes, expectation vacuum seats, floor, wipe dash, steering wheel and console. Paid for the service, steering wheel and console not wiped down. Trash I missed under the seat put in center console and center console not wiped down. If anything was vacuumed only the drivers seat. Don't tell me you can or will provide a service, charge $50 then not deliver. Lesson learned, do it myself or go to Tiger Car Wash. read more

It was very busy there but I paid for a full outside service with rain X and undercarriage treatment I watched it go through and the undercarriage did not work no spray so I basically paid $28 for a basic outside wash I talked to 2 employees and nothing was done they both said that it's working fine, my next car wash will be either Club Car Wash or I'll do it myself! read more

I really liked taking my car to get cleaned inside and out. The people were friendly, the layout of the place convenient, and even the clients were friendly. I had an enjoyable chat with several people there while waiting for the car to be done. It's nice in the lobby as well. I will most likely go back. read more

I love this car wash and how much service they provide for the money. I no longer love in Columbia, but when I visit I have a list of 4-5 places I try to always go. Would you believe this car wash is one of them? Well it is! At Columbia Mall Carwash I never purchase anything more expensive than the Executive package and I am always happy with what I get. Truth be told, I don't have kiddos that mess up my car, but I am a commuter driver who eats, drinks, and spills crumbs and sloshes coffee all over the inside of my beloved Honda Civic. The Columbia Mall Carwash always makes the car look new again. I throw out my trash and hide any papers in the trunk to help make their job easier; it allows them to be more thorough when doing the interior and I am always so relieved and pleased by the results. Sunday morning at 9:50 am. I pull into the car wash, I can clearly see four people in the bays just chatting and having a good time. The side door is fogged over but has the word "OPEN" written in the fog from the inside. I pull in thinking they are open. Am I crazy for thinking they were open? I pull in and they look at me and close the garage doors half way and wipe the word open off the window. In fairness, I pulled up and saw they didn't open until 10:00. I just felt unwanted. Couldn't one person have come out and let me know they would be with me at 10? Super poor customer service. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Brought car in with no problems but when the car came out the tire was flat. It had a hole in the sidewall and they said it was not there fault? " There is nothing that could cause that" Car goes in with a tire full of pressure and comes out with a hole but not the fault of car wash? How does that make any sense. Folks this is a car wash not a detailing garage. Some of the negative commenters are expecting way too much from this place. That being said, this place is great for a CAR WASH. My car comes back to me very clean inside and out. I love this place because I don't have to drive my car through. you pull in and let the guys and gals do the their magic. This is our car wash of choice in Columbia. The staff always do a great job, both inside and out. They will also wash rubber floor mats. The car scents can be a bit strong sometimes - we go with "clean car", which is inoffensive even if it can be a bit intense for the first few days. read more

I love having a clean car! I don't even live in Columbia but when I'm here Columbia mall car wash is one of the places I must go. I love their loyalty program, friendly service, quality ofservice, and pricing structure. The last time I went the guy who took my order reminded me not to leave cash or valuables in the car. Not that I've ever had anything taken there but obviously others have. Usually I remove everything from my car so every nook and cranny can be cleaned. If you leave stuff, say in the cup holder, it won't be wiped down. At the end, inspect your car before driving off. If they've missed a spot they will correct it with pleasure. If it rains within the day, you can take it back and they'll wash it again for free. (I asked and discovered few people take advantage of this.) On losing stuff there... I once lost an important envelope and thought they'd thrown it out with the trash from my car. I called and they went through the trash and I headed over to see what they'd found. Wrong envelope, but the effort they made was above and beyond and I'll never forget it. (I later found that I'd left the envelope near a cash register in the mall.) read more

I just bought a new car, so I'm very particular about who washes it. I took it to columbia Car Wash and it came out looking shiny and new! But then it rained on the way home. Luckily they have a 48 hour re-wash policy, so I can get a FREE exterior car wash "for whatever reason or no reason" as the sign promoted. read more

I had my car washed here the other day. I watched the doing the interior , and cleaning my floor mats. When my car was done my car mats were not in my car. When asked where they were I was told they must have put them in someone else's car. I could go to Wal Mart or o'Riley and they would pay for them. I had heavy duty mats but ones up having to get cheep ones. Not only were my mats gone but the change I keep for parking was gone too. Don't think I will go back. read more

Had the interiors done and there were still dirt smudges on the cloth seats from where I put my bike in (hatchback) - pointed it out to attendant and showed him how I could knock off the dirt with my hand, so why didn't their cleaning crew get it? The outside of my vehicle is always nice but the inside cleaning leaves something to be desired. For the price they charge, a little elbow grease is called for. I have two children who on occasion spill something. It's as if the guys are barely wiping and the console etc.. is still sticky. read more

BEWARE - Theives work here. My grandson and I went to this carwash as a special treat. We purchased a middle line package and watched the car get cleaned. We got back in the car and everything was disheveled and not put back where it was located, though I understand when vacuuming this happens so I wasn't surprised. However, I noticed when I got home that the small money wallet I leave in the console for paying the parking meters and little items here and there had been stolen from the car. I would have noticed earlier, but with putting my grandson in the car seat I didn't catch it until I returned home. I called the manager this morning and was told "That sucks, sorry to hear that" with no attempt to rectify the situation. I told him it was a partial roll of quarters and parking tokens. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received and the lack of care the manager has that his employees are stealing. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I took my car to Columbia Car Wash on 9/21/2014, and those idiots actually put my front floor mats into somebody else's car! When I told them I was missing my floor mats, they basically said I was lying about ever having floor mats. Good grief. Finally one of the "vacuum" guys admitted that they had put some floor mats into another car and they didn't fit very well, but they left them there anyway. Geez. Long story short, the manager eventually said I could get new Subaru floor mats and they'd reimburse me for them. We'll see. I asked to have that in writing, and he scowled at me like I was being a total pain in the @$$, and gave me his card with "2 front floor matts" scrawled across it (and yes, he misspelled "mats".)
