It is extremely dirty, unkept, and employees are no help, rude, and act like it's a hassle when you ask them to do your job. However, they shut down half the self checkout lanes at almost every point of the day forcing you to interact with them. We recently tried to return an item, and purchase a new one for the same price but they would not honor the price we paid. I have never had a store try to get you to pay more for an even exchange.
