I DON'T mind if I need to wait a little longer. I think perhaps the patient before me NEEDS a few extra minutes. No biggie for me... kindness and considerationis free. I can wait. For starters, they have two websites, each of which lists different hours than the ones on the door. Waited two weeks for them to put lenses in two pairs of new glasses, only for them to size the lenses incorrectly so that they hung out of the frames. Pointed this out to the optician who said that they would have the lenses re-cut. Instead of doing this, the optician deformed the frame by trying to shoehorn in the poorly sized lenses and then tried to pass it off as a manufacturing defect. Took the frames to a reputable optician who had some choice words about Front Street Optometric Care's handiwork. Fortunately, they were able to repair the damaged frame and replace the ill-cut lenses. I like to support local businesses, but won't be going to Front Street Optometric Care again.
