Office was not clean, area where the foot whirlpool is located was filled with sheets, towels etc stacked on the chairs and the floor right next to dirty vacuum cleaners (one broken) and other broken equipment. Foot baths were visibly dirty as was the floor and base boards. laminate missing from cabinet. In the exam room sterile bandages left out on exposed shelf. Several tears in the exam chair. Exam room and some equipment visibly dirty. What looked to be soft drink spilled on cabinet in exam room was still visible on SECOND visit. Bathroom filthy. Waited more than 3 hours the first visit. 2 Hours the second visit before I entered the exam room where I saw that the room was STILL unclean. Put my shoes on and left asking to have co-pay returned and that my insurance company NOT BE BILLED. Co-pay was not returned... Will not revisit and would not recommend to a friend
