Ariana was so calm when she greeted other patients who were ahead of me so I felt like I was in good hands there. Leticia was considerate and very detailed in the questions she asked to get information for the NP to treat my arm. The Provider, NP was Maegan. As a patient, I really appreciated how professional, considerate and kind she was and the questions she asked to determine a treatment plan for me. I was told the place would be open until 8 pm My husband and I arrived there approximately 7;20 pm to check him in to be seen by the doctor or PA. We were told by the receptionist they already had their last appointment, and we would have to come back the next day to be seen. According to Piedmont Urgent Care information Walk-Ins are accepted as well as appointments. So why were we turned away if we were walk-ins? The receptionist said she had taken her last appointment. She didn't say she had taken her last Walk-In. Besides, keep in mind, the place was to remain open until 8pm. We were there approximately 40 minutes before closing. All my husband wanted was to be tested to see if he still had the flu or some other ailment. (Twelve days prior he was told by this clinic he had the flu). If the clinic will stop seeing patients, by a certain time before 8 pm, that information should be known to the public. or it should not be stated the clinic will be open until 8 pm. We are not from San Francisco. We are from Columbus, Ga.

The New Date New Time they have in the system for me? IS NOT CORRECT. THEY RESCHEDULED ME WITHOUT TELLING ME, TO A DATE/TIME I CAN NO LONGER MAKE. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS, WILL NOT WORK ME IN, AND ARE DELAYING MY APPOINTMENT BY A MONTH. Terrible.

I underwent a LAVH April 12 2017. Dr Eikelberry was kind and attentive for the months leading to…read morethe surgery and during after care and follow up. I was literally at about 80% recovery within a couple of days. It basically was day of surgery I hurt like the dickens, day 2 a little better, day 3 kind hurting but not much day 6 ready to go back to work ( I work in an office). I am spending time recuperating because that's what I am supposed to do but I feel amazing. The process has been long because I suffer from a host of gyno issues but I have to say Dr Eikelberry really walked me through the process and discussed every option available. He and his staff our truly professional, kind, and supportive people. :-)
