We are in a pandemic, my work hours have been cut, what money I do have goes to essential bills. I have insurance as well, but was still going to be charged a significant amount. I've had procedures done here in the past and was allowed to do payment plans, but not this time it was either pay all in full, or be refused for treatment. This establishment doesn't care about the well being of their patients, just about the money the patients give them. What a disgrace especially for a medical center.

Went elsewhere to be treated after having repeated issues. Third and final surgery by another provider corrected issue, new provider informed us we were not the first to have this issue. Extremely poor customer service by the receptionist and office manager. They claim the doctor is…read moreincapable of making a diagnosis without reviewing the notes from other doctors if visited. This comes across as an inability of the doctor to make a proper or competent diagnosis without the help of other orthopedic doctors. I simply attempted to make an appointment to have the doctor review an MRI and offer a diagnosis however; I was turned away because I was unwilling to travel to my previous orthopedic center to gather information for them. I never made it to the doctor so this review is limited to the poor experience with the receptionist and office manager.
