This was the best experience I've had at an optometrist! The staff at the front were friendly and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable and could quickly answer any questions or concerns that I had. Selecting frames was a breeze, and the checkout process was smooth and simple. It's hard to find an eye doctor where the experience is that pleasant from beginning to end. 10/10 recommend! read more

There is a new doctor.. I was told she was worth a try. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment.. the woman answering the phone couldn't even be understood over the crunching of the food she was eating.. I mean really who works at a professional establishment and does this??? So I go in to try to make an appointment in person and I feel like the entire place needs etiquette training and to know their job better. Nobody could really even answer simple questions about my insurance without having to ask someone else for help. Will... NOT.. be back to this place. read more

Dr Morrison was the best eye doctor I've ever been to. Her explanations were clear, she went through the steps and even gave me the option to use the contact brand I've been using so I wouldn't have to come back since I work and live a good ways from the office. I have used 3 eye doctors in Starkville, MS because I was searching for answers about an eye issue that wouldn't get better. One Dr. elsewhere was very rude and "too smart for his own good" attitude. One of the other clinics I visited was good, but I ultimately decided to go back to Ford Vision when Dr. Morrison started. She is great, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I will also say Dr. Ford is very kind and listens to problems too. In emergencies, he really wants you to reach out and is there for you after hours by phone. Either one of these 2 doctors at Ford Vision are a great choice to go with. I've never had to wait over 20 min. in waiting room. They get me in and out within an hour. Highly recommend! read more

Long wait-time, limited brands, and the doctor is a bit rude. He made a comment about "differences" and other side remarks about Yankees that made him sound ignorant and bigoted. I will not be going there again. read more

Terrible place to go! My eye infection got worse because of the irresponsible doctor!! He let you wait for an hour to speak with him for two minutes! Even if you made an appointment! I told him I had eye infection but he insisted I was good without even checking them!!! And he let me to try the contacts while I still had the symptoms! Guess what I'm reinfected!!! And I spent 500 without insurance! He acted like he wouldn't listen to any of my questions!!!! Horrible experience! read more

LONG wait (over 2 hours), overpriced services, and limited brands in stock. We should have read the negative reviews before going here. This was the only place to make a last minute appointment for an eye exam and contacts, and I should have seen that as a red flag. We have vision insurance that covers a free eye exam, but they charged for the exam anyways. We live out of town, and they told me at the appointment that the contacts ordered would be available for pick up before the end of the week. When I called to ask when we could pick them up, they said it would be at least 7-14 days before they would be in, and they would ship the two contact packs to us for a $20 additional fee. Go anywhere else to save money, save time, and avoid being scammed. read more

Terrible people!!! Especially Jenny the office manager!!! I went there got glasses later I got a call that I needed to bring the glasses back b/c my insurance had termed. She didn't ask if I had other insurance she assumed that I couldn't afford the glasses and said it was her fault that she didn't check the to make sure my insurance was valid. She didn't ask if I had a different insurance that would cover the cost. I didn't like her tone nor her approach so I decided to take the glasses back. Upon arrival I informed them that I did have insurance but I would like to return the glasses and get a refund. Jenny lied and stated that she never told me to bring the glasses back and that she had the whole conversation recorded. I demanded a refund and was informed that no refund would be given. I called the cops to make a complaint and Jenny continued to lie to the officer. I have filed a dispute with my insurance company to deny their claim. Long story short GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more
