The lady cutting my hair didn't listen to what I wanted and completely butchered this simple task. I was under the impression that they wanted to make a quick $30 off of me as the haircut is simply unfinished. I couldn't tell if I had just had my hair supposedly "professionally cut" or if it was done by Stevie Wonder. I highly recommend Master Cuts to anyone who wants to go in with high hopes of leaving looking like Carrot Tops uglier brother. Extremely disappointed in the hairstylists and myself for paying for such a bad job.

I requested eyebrow…read morethreading, and throughout the service I was aware that there was a consistent "upselling" wherein the staff attempted to sell me additional services. I accepted dome and refused others. One additional service that I accepted was ear piercing. I was satisfied with the services I received. However on Monday Jan 01, one of the earrings fell out while I was in the shower. I returned on January 04 to let them know and to re-pierce the ear. When I asked about it, they advised me that they would be more than happy to re- pierce, but at a cost of & $45.00. Needless to say I was not going to pay to re-pierce, and attempted to reason with them. They attempted to blame me at that point. "You must not have turned it on your ear" etc. I would not return there. They are only interested in the dollar, and have no interest in customer satisfaction. This business is receiving one star because I cannot give less. Never again .*
