Disrespectful! No one knows for certain nor will the Therapist/Owner confirm what service she actually performed. Shady? Had I known prior to paying/leaving upon pickup of my Daughter, I would have addressed the improper/lack of discussed treatment vs having to deal with the unprofessionalism, pompous attitude, lack of empathy during the death of our Mother/GrandMother only a few days prior to the appointment. I was going to cancel the 'whatever massage', because I did not feel @ease but felt that my Daughter whom is Mentally Unhealthy and GRIEVING her GrandMother's DEATH would benefit from a pleasant DEEP TISSUE Massage! It was NOT performed as such! The Therapist/Owner took advantage of an Unhealthy Human Being and a Family in Mourning! Shameful! I requested a Refund and unlike other reputable empathetic customer service savvy honest Business Owners, without apology for the poor service, blatantly refused. Even the Receipt doesn't depict the type of massage service she performed. When I requested the receipt to reflect the description of massage, she declined again. Dishonest? Fraud? Incompetent? If I could extend 'negative' stars or points, I would! Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow posting of review without at least 1 star. Whom takes advantage of a mentally unwell person and a grieving family! Or doesn't professionally or even personally care about her 'business (term used loosely) or reputation'. This Therapist does NOT know what she is doing in the Health industry nor cares for fellow man/womankind!
