The accused that took the deal had people behind him to prove his innocence and even more that the accused didn't want to involve due to having to care for a special needs child that he himself helped raise for 13 years. I believe that you have failed in doing what was in the best interest of your client during that time due to a form misguided judgement towards the client and interconnection with the accuser or higher ranking official. I believe strongly that more could have been done on your part and that it should be rectified! No innocent man or woman should be charged and sentenced based on hearsay without evidence and witnesses. I am not schooled in the law, but I do know enough of the law to be aware of the wrongdoing that was done to that man.
