First I…read moreasked for references and was amazed, thought this might just be someone who does this on the side but this company does most banks hospitals and city buildings in Hattiesburg so I knew this had to be a legit trustworthy company. I have to say they have been cleaning my building for 2 years now and have never had a problem. They go above and beyond from the trash and to waxing my floors. Very reasonably priced. I was allotted 4 hours of cleaning for $122.00. I don't mind when someone is done early as long as they do what I pay them to do, however, the last time a cleaner named Amanda came to my house, she spent ONE HOUR and missed an entire room. The cleaning job was so bad, I had to go behind her and clean floors, scrub tubs, etc. When I let the owner, Mason, know about it, he assured me that my money would be refunded for that "cleaning". That was on May 2nd. It's now May 22nd and no sign of the refund, which makes me question their integrity. I would not recommend Hattiesburg Maids, aka: 'Lofty Prospect Properties, LLC.
