The main reason for my 5-star review, though, is that today I got an email after a failed phone call attempt (I had changed my number) and N.O. Doody was letting me know that a strange man was parked in front of my house taking pictures and drove off after confronted by one of their employees! Turns out the guy was legitimately taking pictures for an appraisal that was in the works, but I really appreciated that they were looking out for me! When I reply to the notification emails to see if he will be coming on another day or if I will be refunded for the missed week, I have never gotten a reply. He is pretty thorough when he does come but I have also found leftover poop as well. I really wish they communicated better with customers since this is a really good service for my husband and I who both work full time.
