Bed BUGS!!! No accountability, no refund. I left my clothes and luggage. I spoke with the front desk clerk Abby and she said that the manger has to ok a full refund, well no one can get in contact with the "Manager". I honestly thought this was going to be taken care of quickly. I was told again today to wait until Monday. A full refund was all that I was asking. I left my luggage and clothes. SMH. I just can't believe that people are treated in such a disgusting, dismissive manner. I informed them of the bed bugs, my bites, the clothes and luggage the night and early morning that it happened 7/6/2025. No communication for a week. No refund, NOTHING from the "Manager". Expedia says they are waiting on the Manger to respond. I have contacted the hotel Directly yet NOTHING. Not a sorry for leaving your clothes and luggage, not a sorry for being attacked in your sleep, No accountability. SMH I don't even know what to do... read more

Beds are a mess, peeling paint, very worn and taters. This Comfort Inn does not meet the acustom standards.

My whole family used this hotel and from the start it was a pain. We had to move rooms because one room had bugs and the other ac did not work. So they moved us and then almost every person had a key that could open my room and when brought to there attention he basically blew me off. Then later spoke to the night manager (she was really nice and was concerned with my issue) Come to find out there was an issue with the system or door lock, but I was leaving the next morning so I did not take her up on her offer to move.One room had mold in it and several family members had issues with there ac. Only gave a 1 star is there breakfast was decent and the night manager. read more

Had the bare essentials. Staff very friendly and helpful. Place is not very well maintained. Lots of damage to various amenities. 3 vending machines, only one works, it only takes cash, and ate my money twice. Housekeeping on request only. For the price, could do a lot better. read more

Stayed here with my daughter one night passing through on a road trip. Older hotel. Needs updates to carpet, paint, and fixtures and has that hint of old hotel smell in the halls. But it is very clean. Everything was in working order. WiFi is free. Bedding is current and comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave in each room. Counter person that checked us in was casually dressed, but super nice and helpful. When we arrived they had free evening snacks - hot dogs and chips. Breakfast was good, typical eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt... etc. It's no Taj Mahal, but we slept well, we ate well, and we were treated well. So, this is possibly the nicest Comfort Inn I've seen so far. The check-in was smooth and the room was surprising nice and well maintained. The only thing lacking is a view but I can't hold that against them; I'm very pleased with the value of this hotel and would recommend it without reservation. read more

Ok so I checked in late at night and the lady was friendly and quick. Got to the room and noticed the room door was already open, they had the broken inside lock to prop it open. Overall the room was clean and nice. However the sink did not drain so we had to use tub for hand washing and teeth brushing. The next morning I go down to put bags in car and learn that my room keys actually never opened my door. Didn't learn till later because the door had been opened when we arrived. Free warm breakfast from 6-9 was well stocked, clean and quality. Overall I'm saying 3 stars, I probably could of switched rooms but In early hours of morning with kids I chose to tough it out then to move all our things. read more

Difficult check-in took too long! In room maintenance is not well kept. Loose toilet seat, loose door handles, room was very hot upon check-in. Old hotel and not updated. It does serve a free continental breakfast 6-9am. read more

This was a nice hotel, typical of Comfort Inn's; however, the extra evening snack (hot chicken noodle soup) was a nice surprise. The indoor pool and hot tub were fun once the family of squeaky kids left (they were in there for 2 hours). Rooms were clean and spacious. read more

What a great place to stay in Garden City, Kansas. Centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants. The continental breakfast is the best I've experienced. It's more of a full breakfast, really. Very clean, really friendly staff. The washer on the second floor was out of order so Jeffery, the night clerk washed a load of clothes for us and even folded them. I highly recommend this hotel. Very dog friendly also. read more

We came in at 5am. The staff was very friendly and nice. Offered us breakfast as soon as we checked in. The room was nicely cleaned. Smelled good. Didn't smell like one of those motel rooms. breakfast in the morning is ready and hot. Free wifi has made the stay even better. And there's Internet acces for people who do not have a computer. While delayed on a pickup, my husband stayed here at the Comfort Inn for 2 days... My husband advised that check~in was quick & very easy... The manager Craig Packer & Jeffery made him feel very welcome... The room was very clean & looked awesome with plenty of towels in the big bathroom... Indoor pool & hot tub area was clean & well kept... very relaxing after a hard days work... Hotel IS pet friendly & you can meet Daisy & Maple who are sweet as can be... Very dirty. I don't think stairs or hallways have been vacuumed in weeks. The rooms themselves are clean. Took 3 rooms to get one with working TV. The housekeeper is very nice and accommodatkng and probably knows how to run the place better than anyone. One front desk person nice. Beds were comfy. Quiet read more

This was a terrible hotel to stay in! They were dingy. They forgot to clean our room 3 times and then looked annoyed when we brought it to their attention. Our key didn't work one evening and we went down to the front desk where the staff was hanging out with their friends. This place was such a disappointment. If they would have been friendly it would have been easier but they were so rude and put off to do their job, (including the management.). We will definitely be staying back at the Hampton where they take care of their guests! read more

rooms are nice, clean and well stocked all 3 of my visits here in a year. Issue is of property maintenance. all 3 of my stays here in a year were the same : trash cans around property are full to overflowing. trash in stairs and on floors in hallways. exterior trash cans full. heated swimming pool is a disaster that is regularly NOT maintained. chemicals out of balance and pool heater is set to ' probably not working ' all 3 visits. Spa has been broken all 3 visits. exercise equipment was broken but finally had a new piece this visit, still a flop. public areas, lobby and pool the windows have not been cleaned in a year at least. my guess is there is NO maintenance performed here and management is over worked or don't care about the facility, Stay at the Holiday Inn or Best Western if you want a 2 1/2 star performer.
