Great service - Bob did great shape on my nails and pedi!! Will be coming back for sure

I'm not usually one to complain and I usually love this place for a pedicure. But, tonight I brought my boyfriend with me excited to relax and talk with him. I didn't get to do that because the whole time I was grimacing and on edge, not enjoying it. I had a male nail technician I don't know his name but he was very rough on my feet. He filed and buffed my toe skin, rubbed skin off my foot during the exfoliation, and really aggressively massaged my legs. Also I usually have ingrown toe nails so I asked him to help get them out.. I don't think he knew how as he dug all the way down to the root and it was so painful now they are throbbing. I'd rather him have said he didn't know how. I'm sad because this is the place I normally rave about but now I don't want to go back. They need to train this guy more or let him go. I paid to be in pain for an hour. read more

stopped in for a classic pedi. gal (don't remember her name) was not up to standard, did the minimum compared to prior visit there. While drying she walked away, never came back. Her colleague finished for her. I went to register & she was playing on her phone-had forgotten I was still there! no tip for her. read more

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I went in for pedicures last night and the tech doing his pedicure made three of his toes bleed by partially cutting the toenail then yanking the rest of the way. There was nothing about the experience that would lend to the name "Comfort". Worst money and time ever spent!! read more

Took my granddaughter here for her 6th birthday. Appointment was at 8:45, but no one arrived until 9:00am. No big deal. I felt very rushed and not relaxed at though. Her nails were only painted, not soaked, massaged etc. I almost asked why, but didn't want to feel stupid. My mail beds are sore, which never happens at my usual spot. I will say she did a good job on my nail fill. read more

I have to say Gina was the best nail tech I've ever had! What an amazing job she did applying a new set of nails and the attention to detail was beyond amazing. I wish I lived here as she is the only place I would go. Not going back to this place. I always tip 40%, am kind and patient - after 6 appts I have officially had enough. "B" is extremely rough with cuticles even after asking her to be gentler - causing pain, inflammation, and infection on more than one occasion. Tools are not properly cleaned, not sterilized, just pulled out of the drawer like they've been used on the last 10 clients. You schedule an appointment and show up on time, only to find out they're at least a half hour behind schedule - no call to let you know they're running behind. I will happily pay double to go to a better, cleaner salon from here on out. read more

the lady i was with change my design three times because she was incapable of doing it, and said that it would take too much time when it was very simple. She didn't put a undercoat so my nails are see-through, very uneven, kept repeating processes that didn't need to be repeated. Was saying what she wanted to do, but wasn't asking me if that was ok, went over my skin with the drill, so cut me three times. read more

Waste of money :( I had an appointment for a dip mani and pedi. Pedi was mediocre, at best. When I moved to sit at the nail chair I looked at my toes and they had weird circles from the polish. I pointed this out and lady was like "oh , I will fix it. So she proceeded to glomp some more polish on. We moved onto to my nails. I had decent length and my own regular polish on. So she used the motorized file. ??? Damage done immediately to my length...and it hurt and burned. She began to polish and I asked "will you be doing my cuticles after the polish?" And she asked "oh , you want a manicure too!?". And then used the motorized thing in my cuticles. Never filed them with a normal file. After applying 4 layers of dip I had to ask. I really think they are VERY thick and she said she would file down. I let her finish and they turned out awful. She said she would redo them and I was very leery of having her do it again but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and I was going on vacation the next day. Long story short... on day TWO of my vacation the polish on my toes was almost off chipped off except one pinky toe. By the time I came home (9 days) I only had polish on three of the nails as it had all came off. If I hadn't been going on vacation I would've gone back to show them. Wasted my time, hurt me with the motorized fake nail tool, $78 and had cruddy looking nails and toes. read more

Anna did an excellent job! Went in for a fill with gel pink & white. She was fast and gave a great massage! I love the shape and that she went all the way to my cuticles. Hands feel awesome! Price was also great. I will be back!! read more

I took my team to get manicures and pedicures after a conference. I needed an acrylic re-base and gel polish. Gina did a phenomenal job on my nails. She is kind and has a very gentle touch. I moved away from Parker 5 1/2 yrs ago. I used to go to Gina. I was back in Parker last fall, and stopped by to see Gina and get my nails done. As usual Gina did not fail me. Even though I had not seen her for years, my nails looked better than the entire 5 1/2 in FL. I highly recommend Comfort Nails, and Gina! Not only was she my nail tech, but my friend! I have never been treated so poorly in my life as I was here. I got a manicure and went to pay with my American Express and was told they don't take that card. I had no cash no check and no other card with me. I offered to leave my American Express and run home and get another form of payment that they accept and I was told no. Here I am with no way to pay and that is the only option I have. The owner treated me like I was a criminal. I eventually walked out and came back about 20 minutes later with a Visa card to pay for their services. I did include the tip as the tech that did my nails was not at fault here but I would never walk in this place again read more

I had a horrible experience at different salon in Parker. I changed to Comfort Nails almost 2 years ago. I love the owner and my nail tech. They do a great job! Comfort Nails now does my daughter's nails, my niece's nails, and a couple if my co-workers nails. I have not any issues with my dip lifting nor had issues with the top coat peeling off. My daughter and my niece have Acrylic nails. And their nails look amazing. I also really appreciate talking to the owner and my Nail tech. They have become good friends to me and my family. I went to this nail salon for several years. My first experience indicated that the owner was *very* cheap. I decided this was mainly her own issue and since the price of the shellac manicure was *also* cheap, I stayed. However, it seemed like the quality of the manicure varied greatly from session to session. Sometimes it would last a good three weeks and other times there was chipping after just a week. Then I found out (from a technician) that Gina (the owner) THINS the polish. I got tired of paying $35 to have the manicure chip away so fast. read more

We came in to a dusty dirty place. One of us was overcharged for using a Gift certificate and was told that using a Gift certificate was always charged more. Also charged after the fact for the pedi bowl cover w/o even explaining that before hand. Girls were ok. we made reservations but walk ins were taken first. Not the way to get repeat business.
