However, they did not have an igniter on hand for our particular furnace. We did not hear back from them about when an igniter would come or how much it would cost. We ended up buying one ourselves, but this still did not solve the problem. Turns out there was a cap on top of the chimney that was blocking the exhaust from leaving the home. Once this cap was removed the furnace fired up and worked perfectly.

I don't appreciate being called at 8pm at night time instead of email, I don't like being played with my money, I don't like people who cheap themselves and their clientele out, and I don't like their empty promises of professionalism
