Wow, I don't know where to start. I couldn't even get them to come out and take a look. The short…read moreversion--if you are in trouble I would look elsewhere. This happened just today. Our air system is out and we have pets and young kids so getting it fixed is a priority. When I called them their system pushed me to text with them, which I did. The conversations went overall well, and they were going to get back to me later in the day. Hours later with nothing, I text back. Answer--they have been really busy. I could wait or call if I wanted--not exactly useful. My wife called and the dispatcher claimed straight up that the person she was speaking to was personally handling those messages all day, but for some reason mine didn't exist. Wait, what? I just texted you 5 minutes before she called so it clearly wasn't you. I texted back and asked why two different people were claiming they were talking to me, and the response that I got was that they would get back to dispatch to deal with the confusion (not dealing with the identity mix up), and that I could pay double for an emergency call. Finally the texts changed, and someone new introduced me and informed me that I was talking to their useless AI system all day, which is incredibly irresponsible to do and not disclose. So, yea, we have wasted an entire day talking to their stupid AI system (without knowing it), and it was happy to tell me what I wanted to hear for hours (in an 87 degree house) without actually providing me assistance. Best news? They told me that they could still get to me on Monday--only three more days of 90 degree indoor heat! If I could go back I would certainly call someone else. Edit: Called a company in a neighboring town. They had someone here within an hour. The part that needed replacement was obvious, and someone could have picked it up today if I hadn't dealt with this dishonest garbage. Now I have to wait until Monday because it is tool late in the evening to order it. So, cool, they have officially messed us up through at least Monday (assuming everything goes OK).

I never received a bill or a phone call so eventually, I called them again and asked for the bill a third time and paid it in full. I then received a collections bill from some company in Greely claiming non payment of some mysterious bill and found out it was these clowns. I then had to email the collection guys and dispute the inaccuracy of the billing fraudulently reported and compose this warning. It's too bad, the actual electrician was great but the billing has been a complete nightmare. I will be looking for sparky elsewhere in the future.

They showed up with two workers, only one guy was doing the work. They didn't install any new switches just installed the fan. They were at the house less than a hour. I received a text message later that day with an amount due of $449. I reached out to the manager that day and told him that I agreed to $250. He said he would look into it and get back to me. He never returned my calls or sent me a bill in the mail. A year later I get a call from the collection agency that they turned the bill over. I am disputing the charge and will never recommend this company to anyone else. They are dishonest and deceitful.

Her furnace seemed new to me but according to the guy from R&H her furnace was old enough that they did not make parts for it anymore. I would not have even thought about getting a new filter since I am moving. Of course as luck would have it I came to a very cold house after the holidays up in Wyoming. Not only did the furnace need new filters but a new motor as well. Good thing they had those old motors in stock! Of course this would happen just before I leave. On the day of appointment I received a text message letting me know a showtime. The repair man ( Devon ) showed at the exact minute in which he was scheduled. Devon perform the schedule service and then went above and beyond helping me diagnose a thermostat failure that was caused by myself, without trying to upsell or commission more work. He spent considerable time teaching me how to properly maintain and run my system for Longevity. My furnace is running better than ever. The service cost was exactly as agreed upon. With the help of tech-support, I was actually able to get the thermostat to work but totally forgot about our appointment until they were knocking on the door!
