My therapist Julie was very efficient and didn't miss a spot. She asked me in the beginning if I preferred strong or medium pressure, and although she was a tiny woman, she delivered a powerful (strong) massage, just the way I like it! I also met Jennifer up at the front, which was so kind and pleasant, it was a nice ending to a wonderful treatment! I was pleased that as I left they gave me a stamp card to work towards a free treatment, and joyfully invited me back! Getting service like this is priceless, now add to that the fact that the cost of their treatments is so reasonable.....this place definitely shouldn't be missed!

I had to find a last-minute gift for that person and ended up keeping the card for myself. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, though, because this place is horrible; I avoided the embarrassment of giving a gift for such a terrible establishment. Since I kept the card, I've been trying to book a massage, but scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible. I finally managed to book one, but two hours before the appointment, I received a call stating that the therapist, Mathew (or something similar), didn't feel comfortable treating people who have had or currently have cancer. I've been getting massages for years and had never faced any kind of prejudice--whether before, during, or after my recovery. Someone with such prejudice has no business working in this field. I demand a refund for the gift card and never want to hear about a place that employs people like that again. Update: I started a back-and-forth communication with the location manager, Bria, who not only recognized there was an issue with their process, but also I would be refunded for the gift card. I came across their IG posting. On Tuesday's they offer a 50% discount on facials! I knew this place, loved all my previous visits, a total SCORE! Not so much... As always my greeting was very welcoming and I was shown to my room. They offer two facials, I wasn't sure which one was a better option for me and that's where it went . I tried talking to her about the different facials but she wasn't interested in explaining the difference or giving her recommendation. The only thing she tried to push was getting both of the facials they offer. Next, there was no calming or relaxing experience. My head was so forward on the pillows it was on my chest. Yes, I could've said something, but my experience trying to ask her advice on which facial I should get, left little to no desire to attempt. I was so annoyed and disappointed that this was the same place that I love for acupuncture that I contemplated getting up and leaving MULTIPLE times. I'm wrote this review with a heavy heart because this has not been my normal experience. I'm sorry, I cannot recommend this place for a facial, even with the 50% discount on Tuesday.
