I particularly liked that they they initially clearly stated all the work they would do (old sod removal, tilling, grading and leveling, laying the new top soil and the new sod) and they worked incredibly hard and thoroughly on a large size lawn and fully did every piece of work exactly as they said, without cutting corners. We are extremely unhappy with the work done by Sunready Landscaping. They seemed like a lovely…read morecompany to work with but gave us a poor job and empty promises. After we expressed dissatisfaction about the job done and a promise of a return to correct their poor workmanship, we are out thousands of dollars. Stupidly, we agreed to pay Sunready upon their word to return and fix the problems. We paid them in May and received emails confirming they were trying to get a return date.....after several phone calls, we were issued a text in August saying that they did a good job, were paid and wouldn't be returning. They didn't even have to decency to come out to see the problems. Sunready has lots of great reviews, but it in our case they did not honor their word or honor their warranty.

Mickey installed a French drain for me, but unfortunately, the work was not done correctly. He did…read morenot dig the drain deep enough to have grass do well on top. Because of this, the grass has completely died everywhere the soil isn't actively shaded by my cherry tree. I even tried to fix it myself by applying more topsoil and reseeding, but it was to no avail because the topsoil is just too shallow underneath. What makes this incredibly frustrating is that while Mickey was laying the original topsoil and seed, I explicitly asked him if there was enough depth for healthy grass growth. He assured me there was. So I currently have a 12ft patch of grass dead and I fear when I cut my diseased cherry tree down that is currently providing the shade that dry patch will grow longer. Now that that section of my lawn is ruined, he has completely ghosted me. I have left him multiple messages and have received zero response. Be very careful hiring Mickey. He does not dig to the proper depth, gives false assurances about his work, and will not return your messages if his installation fails. I would not recommend his services. `

This company is very cheap with their workers. I highly recommend not going with this service…read moreprovider because all they care about is their bottom line. Their wages aren't competitive and they do not value their labourers. They promise a wage, but then they do not ensure that at least a minimum will be paid to their employees. Example : worker is promised X wage. But then the real factor is how many rain days are in a week, or the religious holidays that aren't paid, or the simple fact that there isn't enough hours to provide for even a workers basic lifestyle. Ok the service that they are offering are mostly covered by subcontractors. So I ask you : Why not just save yourself and call the guy doing the work instead of a company whos primary purpose is to profit off the worker, then never call the worker again once they find a cheaper way to carry out a job. My overall recommendation is find a company that is more service orientated , not so focussed on how much they can make off of you and your properties. Yes they have been around for X number of years, but how many workers did there job but got fired so this company never had to pay any benefits to them : fired before the 3 month probation.
