They showed up late, had no clear idea what they were doing, and wasted a lot of time just "figuring things out" while charging by the minute. The pricing felt like a bait-and-switch. I was given one estimate, and by the time they were done, the bill had jumped way higher with random charges that made no sense. When I questioned it, they got defensive instead of explaining anything clearly. What's worse--the problem wasn't even fixed properly. Within a short time, the issue came back, and I had to hire another plumber to actually do the job right. So I basically paid twice. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. There are way better, honest plumbers out there. I would never use this company again.
