My co-signer tried 3-4 times to fix this issue by going into the bank and filling out a form. No one ever told him that it had to be the primary on the account who has authority to change the address. No one was available to speak to in person the day I came into this branch about my current mortgage loan. (Never had this happen when I was with Banknorth.) They gave me the phone number of a person at the Worcester office. I called and left my contact information and I have not received a call back 1 week later. I am just tired and disappointed.

Not so bad as it was a 30min plus minute wait to report a lost CC all while listening to a recording tell me how important I am..... Oh and I had to call the VISA office directly because it was after hours, who could only do a report and notify DCU when they opened that my card was lost. I also have account at IC Federal Credit union, someone answers the phone almost immediately, yes a person.. I'm done with DCU. Don't get me wrong DCU was great at one point but who ever is running it now has abandoned the customer service that made them what they are today.. which I guess is too big to care??
