We got towed there with the rv and they were concerned and tried to connect us with resources to get towed home etc. The lady in the office, I wish I had gotten her name, she was so nice--she was fine with us being there most of the next day until we could get another tow truck out to haul us back to the Dallas metroplex. The park is a lovely little place with a pond and ducks. A peaceful country setting! We would stay there again--a nice place and great people!

The people next to us had to move around to get their slide outs to go all the way out. Big part of the park is long term renters. Hopkins County sheriff told us they make three to four trips a week there. Mostly between the hours of 10pm and 2am.

Major kudos to the local flying club (Majors Flying Club), who were kind enough to volunteer their time and their planes to take these youngsters up in the air. These guys have a lot of heart to do what they do for the community! The airport is very nice and there's even a company that does tandem parachute jumps from this airport. Really cool to watch the skydivers coming down!
